Outstanding law firm, their so charitable and have worked hard to help clients get compensation for their lost property,lost loved ones, terrible afflictions, ROUND UP ( AGENT ORANGE) cancers, medical malpractice,etc. etc etc . The lost time and money they went thru , the pain and suffering they experienced and their families,spouses and children,and or their own children who may have been the unfortunate ones sick themselves from the maladies, Caused by Round Up etc ,And least of all , their wives, children, and family usually ended up going through mental anguish trauma that makes them feel sad and alone in this wonderful world and country, having to go thru life without a dad or mom, cousin or sister or brother, uncle or aunt, or grandparents . And or mental illness or anxiety for their children.My hats off to someone fighting for the little ones, parents, grandparents. Against the greed of Corporations, shareholders, and their stock price. and their families went thru,

Horrible service. Never received updates. Never returned calls or emails for over 2 months! Do not waste your time!

I previously left an ugly review on here. Now, with me about to lose my career due to this injury , my negative review has blocked me from getting the help I need. I do a lot of referrals but mainly for criminal cases instead of civil. My ability to find and discover errors help me to develop a good rep so because people were use to running to me for good lawyers I applied the same approach to finding good civil attorneys as I did for criminal lawyers. And, so it worked . I found bulldogs in K&S. I referred my niece with a birth injury case and without violating anyone's anonymity I'm gone leave it at that. So now my employer who has clearly displayed negligence both in failing to train & supervise others resulting in a career ending injury, also avoided reporting the incident to the DOT, supplied trucks with both a faulty breaking system and transmission. I could go on. Locked me out for reporting and filing workers comp. Now guess what, some of the biggest bulldogs in the game won't touch my case cuz I opened my mouth n inserted my foot. I can't be mad because that's the game now a days. Can't have an attorney rep u while they mad at u. Gotta respect em for it. I learned just through researching the law that you never stop fighting, gotta be a bulldog and that's the kind of attorney we all should search for and hope in. So I say all this to say, watch we u say bout Kline & Specter , they've proven that they big dogs in the game an u never know when u gone need them. I know one thing, I'm thinking bout a career change now that my injury took me out the game, maybe a Paralegal, cuz just the the fight. The research the arguements makes te fight worth it.

I called explaining the full issue about a vert serious matter....I wanted to specify all my concerns and the representative was rushing with no understanding of his job and AjAy the manager told him to get off phone as they had other calls and I was taking to long. My urgency was laughed at by the manager AjAy .....as this was a matter of life and death., so I guess if you are not respected enough and rushed by customer service and told I have other callers and a manager told agent to get off phone and I was laughed at by AjAy the manager I would not at all recommended this firm.How horrifying is that? Completely unacceptable.

After reading negative reviews, I was treated the same way. Had my file for nearly a year & I'm the one that had to keep calling to get updates. I was so disgusted after my last call, all of a sudden, they couldn't do anything for me, medical records were documented. Not once was I asked my deposition & my records. Hindsight I should've reported it to Bar Assoc. Don't wait on them too long, time will run out to file a claim.

I was out of state and was close to a time line that would have not allowed me the opportunity to get justice. The Attorneys at Kline &Specter tok on my case just in time and helped me. The most amazing legal assistant Michelle Zasada was always able to help me out with any questions or just to keep me calm. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that my need help like I did.

Worst law firm out there. They spend big bucks on tv ads but don't want a case unless it's a slam dunk- don't have to work for it case. Easy money only! RUDE intake person as well.

My case was settled and everyone got money, But they're holding my money pending medical liens. I don't have any medical bills yet they won't send my money. It's a shame that you have to get an attorney to get your money from an attorney!

case was declined without a reason after intake. Never had a chance to speak to a lawyer. I suspect that it's just too complicated. Law firms say free Consultations, but in reality give no advice and are just cherry picking their cases. Beware.
