Jeffrey A. Dito

Jeffrey Dito has practiced law since 1986. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Berkeley in 1983 and his JD from Santa Clara University in 1986. His emphasis in the practice of law has been in the field of real estate transactions, business planning and transactions, business litigation, commercial and office leasing, general civil litigation, probate and trust matters. He has represented national and multinational corporations, joint ventures, partnerships, associations and pension funds in problems related to real estate holdings and/or management. Jeffrey’s clients also include public corporations, commercial building and shopping center owners and managers, developers, contractors, engineers, real estate owners, and members of the San Francisco Bay Area business community. He has represented clients in all the Courts of the State of California, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of the State of California. He currently practices out of the San Francisco Office.

Hilary Glen-Grossman

Hilary Glen-Grossman was admitted to the California State Bar in 1986 after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982 and the University of California, Hastings College of Law with her JD in 1986. Hilary’s current practice focuses on real estate development, commercial and retail leasing, as well as general civil and business litigation. Hilary is admitted to practice in all state courts in California.

Ronald Specter

Ronald Specter is an Experienced Litigation Attorney, currently practicing out of both the Newport Beach and San Francisco Offices. Ronald has over 35 years of experience in litigation, with practice in the following areas: Catastrophic Personal Injury including Wrongful Death, Property Damage, Employment and Labor Law, Insurance, Real Estate, Contract Disputes, Mass Torts, and Asbestos Litigation. He has substantial trial and arbitration experience in both State and Federal Courts throughout California and in other states. In addition to the State of California, Ronald is also admitted to practice in the State of New York and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the California State Bar, Los Angeles County Bar, and the Orange County Bar Associations and is well-known in the California legal system. Ronald obtained his Bachelor of Science in 1981 from Penn State University and went on to graduate from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 1984. He has been appointed as a discipline and ethics referee by the State Bar of California Board of Governors and is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent® Rated Lawyer, which is its highest peer review survey rating.

Kenneth L. Valinoti

Kenneth Valinoti is an Experienced Transactional and Litigation Attorney, currently practicing out of the firm’s San Francisco Office. He has over 30 years of experience in Real Estate and Commercial Transactional work and in Civil Litigation matters, with emphasis in the following areas: Real Estate, Insurance, and Personal Injury. Kenneth has substantial trial and arbitration experience in State and Federal Courts. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University – Chico in 1980 and went on to graduate from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1984. He is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association.

Michael L. Willoughby

Michael Willoughby has practiced in general civil and commercial litigation since 1981, when he graduated Order of the Coif from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California. Michael is also heavily experience in leasing issues and has litigated and advised on issues such as true leases, contract termination, finance leasing, commercial leasing, equipment leasing, and the like. Before attending Law School, Michael was a helicopter pilot in the United States Navy, from 1971-1978.  Michael is admitted to the California State Bar (1981), to the U.S. District Courts in California (all Districts), and to the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit (1984). Michael received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1971, where he graduated cum laude. Michael is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent® Rated Lawyer, which is its highest peer review survey rating.

Cristiana Giannini

Cristiana Giannini was admitted to the California State Bar in 2019 after practicing law  in the State of Georgia for several years. Cristiana graduated from Stanford University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Master of Arts degree in Public Policy. She worked as a corporate paralegal at a Silicon Valley  law  firm specializing in business, securities, and intellectual property  law  and went on to attend and graduate from the University of California, Berkeley School of  Law  in 2016. She worked as an Assistant Public Defender in DeKalb County, Georgia before returning to the Bay Area in 2020. Cristiana has years of substantial trial and litigation experience.  Her current practice focuses on general civil and business litigation as well as commercial and retail leasing.
