Un voilier rapide et transportable
En 1943, Eugène Cornu dessine le Belouga, plus de 1000 unités verront le jour, c’est le premier voilier construit en grande série.
Modernisé avec une coque polyester et un roof revisité dont la couleur est au choix, le Belouga est orné de belles finitions d’acajou verni et de teck. Facilement transportable, il peut vous suivre sur vos différents lieux navigations. De série le Belouga est très bien équipé avec un accastillage HARKEN, voiles (GV et foc) DELTA VOILE, foc sur emmagasineur BARTELS. Trois taquets inox d’amarrage. Le cockpit est auto-videur.

The mythical neoclassical sailboats of the Franck Roy shipyard will be reborn
AP Yachting, founded by Antoine Potier, former head of the workshop of the Franck Roy shipyard, which will be liquidated in 2021, will relaunch the construction of the mythical models of the neoclassical yacht builder.
A marine carpenter who trained with Franck Roy
Antoine Potier, former workshop manager of the Franck Roy shipyard , closed in July 2021, created Ap Yachting in January 2022 to take over the construction of the Solenn and the Monotype d'Arcachon in Vendée. Passionate about boats, he discovered the trade of marine carpenter with Franck Roy, head of the eponymous yard. He built several wooden sailboats: Joli Morgan, Loup, Monotype d'Arcachon and the Soleen. After 10 years at the shipyard , he worked at Mer & Bois and then at Privilège Marine. After the buyout of the Franck Roy shipyard in 2019, he took over the management of the workshop, before the judicial liquidation of the company.
Purchase of the Solenne mussels and the Arcachon Monotype
Thanks to the support of a Solenn owner and the naval architect Alain Mortain, he managed to recover the mold of the Solenn 27, but also that of the Solenn 23 and the Arcachon Monotype. The Vendéen, whose shipyard is located in Aubigny euros Les Clouzeaux, already has potential clients for the construction of the Solenn 27, which he will build to measure using traditional methods.
To develop and offer other skills
Although he will start alone, he intends to hire another shipwright as soon as the order book allows it. In the medium term, he would also like to relaunch the Belouga, a Eugène Cornu design built between 1944 and 1974 by the Jouët shipyard , with 900 units.
