The 43.9m/144' catamaran yacht 'This is It' offers the unmissable chance to charter a brand new superyacht, having only launched this year. Delivered by the Italian shipyard Tecnomar and featuring interior styling by The Italian Sea Group she can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 cabins.

Built in 2024, This is It celebrates the ocean in style, offering relaxed luxury with her abundance of deck space and grants access to the world's most beautiful, hard-to-reach anchorages thanks to her shallow draft.

This is It offers guest accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 13 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

Keeping comfortable and entertained on This is It is easy thanks to the available amenities, notably a sauna to help you detox and regenerate. Kick back and relax in the well-appointed spa or elsewhere, retreat to the deck jacuzzi and soak up the scenery.

This is It benefits from some excellent features to improve your charter, notably Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. Guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.

Performance & Range

Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, she offers greater on-board space and is more stable when at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 17 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 21 knots with a range of up to 3,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.

When not cruising This is It has onboard an incredible selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to connect with the waters around you. Principle among these are Jobe towable toys offering fun and adventure. Also there are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. Another excellent feature are two F5S SEABOBs, that allow you to skim along the surface or steer under the crystal water and see a variety of aquatic sea life. If that isn't enough This is It also features wakeboards, kayaks and kneeboards. When it comes to Tenders, This is It has you covered - with two tenders, including a 15m/49'3" Technohull Chase Tender.

This is It is available upon request for charter this winter. She is already accepting bookings this summer for cruising in the Mediterranean.

1st WINGSAIL series production yacht in the world!

The OceanWings32 - by Ayro© - was initially developed for Team Oracle, for the America’s Cup 2010 in Valencia. Over years, it has further been developed and automated by VPLP and was installed on Energy Observer in 2019. Two years of field feedback have allowed the Ayro team to fine tune the algorithm commanding the wingsail. The ZEN50 is the first series production leisure craft to be equipped with this fully automated wingsail. It is controlled at the touch of a finger on screens, is automatically adjusted and has several safety modes and features. The two parts of the wingsail can be hoisted and lowered independently and with the simple touch of a button. The wingsail OceanWings32 is the ideal complement for the solar roof for those wishing to cruise long distances off-shore with zero-emissions.

Greatest ratio SOLAR POWER / weight on the market

At 17 tonnes lightweight and 18,000 W of peak solar power, the ratio of the ZEN50 is at over 1 kW per displaced tonne of water or beyond 1:1 which is far beyond any other blue water CE Cat A yacht in this size range. Lots of solar power for little water to displace is the strong and healthy foundation the energy self-sufficient ZEN50 is built upon.

Performance CARBON sandwich hulls

The hulls of the ZEN50 have been designed from a blank screen for ultimate efficiency - understand minimum drag or minimal energy consumption for a range of speeds from 6 to 10 knots. Their shape is aggressive, sharp and slender. Their reverse bows cut through water like a sword cuts through butter and their curvature is reminiscent of graceful dolphin bodies. These hulls are undoubtedly of the performance type and are built with the best available composites: Carbon fibre and Corecell™. The combination of high strength, low weight and performance design allow the ZEN50 to reach speeds of up to 14 knots.

INFINITE range at high CONTINUOUS speeds

With maximized solar and wind power and minimized energy consumption… the ZEN50 can sail continuously at speeds varying between 6 and 10 knots. Thorough simulations in various sea states and weather system have consistently shown the ZEN50 will be able to achieve performance catamaran speeds continuously without using a genset. With the ZEN50, the world is your oyster and the wildest destinations are within your reach with this self-reliant vessel!

True ZERO-EMISSION operation

The first ZEN50 unit, whose construction started in March 2023, will not be equipped with a genset at all and will not have any fossil fuels onboard. The ZEN50 energy system with its very large capacity 160 kWh battery bank, has been designed to function for days in complete safety with minimal solar energy harvest and no wind. It is perfectly safe with no backup genset and operates 24/7 without any polluting emissions.

NO FUEL , no costs

Naturally, requiring no fuel to operate day in day out is great news for the environment, it is also fantastic news when sailing into remote areas where fuel bunkering might be near impossible or where the fuel quality might be an issue. Finally, it also makes a massive difference in this yacht’s costs of operation. Imagine the hundreds of liters of diesel saved over just a week, the obsolete engine maintenance schedules, the clogged filters and dirty tanks from another age… Welcome to a new burden-free, energy self-sufficient era, welcome to clean and graceful eco-yachting, welcome to ZEN Yachts.

Highest SAFETY & reliability

At ZEN Yachts, we have made some design choices to attain energy self-reliance with the ZEN50 that reduces the habitable volume in the hulls, similar to performance catamarans. Where we have not and will never compromise is on safety. Our main voltage system is 48V making it perfectly safe to work on. The level of redundancy of the batteries and solar panels is 10! The main electrical architecture is split in 2 so that should anything happen on 1 hull, the entire vessel can still operate normally. There are 2 independent helm stations and the ZEN50 is packed with special safety features, nonsubmersible compartments and we can even offer an in-depth practical course on safety equipment usage and management. Sailing with the ZEN50 is not only exhilarating and clean, it is ultra safe!

Unrivaled space & COMFORT

The ZEN50 offers the speeds of a performance catamaran, the comfort of a large motor yacht and the simplicity of an electric car. No less than 2 large day beds, 3 dining areas for over 10 people, 1 professional galley and 2 wet kitchens, 5 heads, up to 4 double ensuite cabins, 1 bunk double and 1 single together with both saloon and dining areas converting into extra sleeping areas, this is simply unrivaled on a 50 ft. catamaran. New images of Tecnomar's radical 43m catamaran This Is It released

New interior imagery of This Is It has been revealed by her central agency for charter, IYC . Built under Tecnomar , a brand of The Italian Sea Group (TISG), the 43.5-metre motor yacht debuted at the Monaco Yacht Show 2023 alongside TISG catamaran the Art Explorer .

The owner is Tasos Papanastasiou, a "self-made Cypriot" and founder of XM – one of the world’s largest financial forex platforms. Michel Chryssicopoulos, global managing partner at IYC , was the broker who introduced the client.

This Is It 's sculptural exterior is designed to "evoke fantastic sea creatures", with a hull optimised to enhance hydrodynamic efficiency for reduced fuel consumption. IMO Tier III-compliant, she will also be equipped with innovative exhaust gas treatment technology (SCR - Selective Catalytic Reduction) to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions. Naval architecture is owed to Lateral Naval Architects .

Enveloped by more than 600 square meters of glass windows, the catamaran's composition created a significant challenge in terms of weight control. According to TISG, the complex curved shape of the aluminium superstructure pushed the performance of the material to its limits. "The realisation of this extraordinary project challenges the 'conventional' perceptions, driving us to completely recreate the boundaries of aesthetic parameters," said founder and CEO of TISG Giovanni Costantino.

Accommodation is for 12 guests across six ensuite cabins. Brought to life with a large skylight and with a head height of 3.3 metres, the spacious owner's area will evoke the feeling of a "seaside villa" with its panoramic terrace. There is further accommodation for a crew of 12.

Interiors are owed to Mattia Piro and Gian Marco Campanino of The Italian Sea Group. The spaces are styled in futuristic shades of champagne and platinum-grey with smooth finishes such as Alcantara suede, high-quality leather and bronze, platinum, and gold metallic surfaces.

“Naturally, what applies to external lines also applies to interior styling,” said Gian Marco Campanino. “Smooth, cocooning and curvilinear are perfect words to describe the interior of the yacht, plus a touch of pure luxury due to the use of sophisticated and precious materials."

The main lounge features floor-to-ceiling doors that, when fully opened, connect with the exterior lounge to create a holistic convivial area complete with a bar, game area, swimming pool and formal dining space. There is also a galley with polarised glass for events and show cooking.

The upper deck hosts a spa, fitted with a dedicated treatment area, sauna and sensorial shower. Adjacent to the spa is the yacht's "playroom", a convertible cabin that can be used to entertain children or as an additional guest room, according to the shipyard.

This Is It has a maximum speed of 19 knots and a range of 3,500 nautical miles when pared back to 10 knots.

She will be the largest motor catamaran available for charter from April 2024.

THIS IS IT represents an exciting new presence on the catamaran landscape.

The new Tecnomar Catamaran defines conventional thinking with its unique and innovative design. Tradition and innovation come together to create a concept of radical lifestyle and elegance. Defined by a layout with striking asymmetries and a bold, eye-catching silhouette enveloped by more than 600 square meters of impressive glass windows.

The inspiration is technological, clearly far from typical yachting design and definitely more close to civilian architecture.

The exterior lines, sinuous and soft, evoke fantastic sea creatures, challenging our perception of what is truly possible. This is a project that goes beyond the status quo, establishing a new benchmark for being an iconic project.

Hydrodynamic efficiency, reduction in fuel consumption and emissions

The hull lines are optimized to enhance hydrodynamic efficiency, leading to a significant reduction in fuel consumption and, therefore, emissions. In compliance with IMO Tier III requirements, the yacht is equipped with innovative exhaust gas treatment technology (SCR – Selective Catalytic Reduction) to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions.

Curved shape evoking a fantastic sea creatures THIS IS IT was a significant challenge for the TISG design team. Starting with weight control, a factor of utmost importance considering the extensive amount of glass used. The complex curved shape of the aluminium superstructure pushed the performance of this precious material to its limits. Where unconventional becomes a unique reality, there is only one: THIS IS IT. Setting new standards in radical design. Attention to architectural and design detail has resulted in a layout that is private and convivial in equal measure, providing ample space for hosting friends and family. Multiple decks with adaptable exteriors provide space for moments of privacy and reflection. A vertical garden on the sea The spacious owner’s area, in addition to a large skylight with an extraordinary height of 3.3 meter and a superb panoramic terrace, features a special vertical garden spanning two decks, giving the feeling of being in a seaside villa.Innovative design, speed and sportiness, characteristic elements of Tecnomar motor yachts, make “THIS IS IT” a unique and exceptional catamaran.

Retreat to one of six spacious staterooms that can sleep up to 12 guests. A massage room, and a galley with polarized glass for events and show cooking.The spectacular owner’s area with an extraordinary height of 3.3 metres features a fascinating organically-shaped skylight and panoramic terrace.Throughout THIS IS IT interior, skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows minimise the boundaries between the yacht and the ocean, fostering a greater connection with the natural world while ensuring breathtaking views. Inspired by supercar automotive design, an aerodynamic profile is complemented with fluid and organic interior lines to create spaces that are as invigorating as they are relaxing. Leather and Alcantara, oak and teak, dialogue with the sinuous shapes, marked by bold geometric cuts and grey marble inserts. The dominant mood is dynamic, in motion, enveloping and sporty, yet the colour palette is also elegant and refined, in which light tones of beige and platinum grey prevail. The precious accent is provided by the combined use of noble metals such as gold, bronze, titanium and carbon in contrast to the calmness of the natural wood tones and leather finishes.

Very nice experience, everything worked well. We have been traveling by boat for a long time and not always found such excellent service. The skipper Nico made the difference, always helpful, very professional and capable. With him we felt safe and comfortable. A nice person. Even with the hostess we were lucky, she delighted us with healthy and carefully prepared dishes.

It was the best vacation of our life . We enjoyed so much. Barco is big, clean and Olga and Sergio take amazing care of us!!!

Olga is hidden chef and food was amazing.

7 Days Charter Ibiza - Formentera

Great Catamaran and Captain!. We chartered for 7 days to sail around Formentera and Ibiza during the first week of May 2023. Amazing beaches, islets and coast line. The Catamaran 2019 Bali 4.1 Elettra was very well set up and clean and offered plenty of room for all (we were a group of 5 adults). Our wonderful Captain “Rosa” took care of everything. So, big thanks! to the GOA team and a very special one for our Captain Rosa. Tip – Do not forget to take the opportunity to try some of the local dishes. Some of the beaches and coves have a near by restaurant and do not forget to reserve in advance.
