Leonardo DiCaprio Seen Living It Up with Friends on a Yacht in St. Bart's During New Year's Vacation

Leonardo DiCaprio is ringing in the New Year overseas.

The Oscar winner was spotted on a yacht off the island of Saint Barthélemy onMonday, surrounded by friends.

In photos taken of the Caribbean excursion, a shirtless DiCaprio, 48, is seen taking in the sights from onboard the vessel alongside four other individuals.

After DiCaprio parted ways with ex-girlfriend Camila Morrone in August after more than four years together, the actor was seen spending time with Gigi Hadid .

In September, a source told PEOPLE that DiCaprio "is taken with Gigi." They explained that the supermodel, 27, "is the type of woman he is usually attracted to" and said that "they sort of run in the same high-profile circles and would see each other at events , clubs, restaurants and gatherings."

DiCaprio and Hadid were last seen together in New York City in November, when they were spotted leaving the same restaurant .

Late last month, DiCaprio and actress Victoria Lamas were seen leaving The Birds Streets Club on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, California, separately, before they entered a car together.

A source told PEOPLE they were leaving a "big group dinner," adding, "They were also joined by a number of other people in the car."

After the Titanic actor was spotted with the 23-year-old actress in late December, her dad, Lorenzo Lamas , told the New York Post that she is "very smitten."

Lorenzo, 64, added of his daughter and DiCaprio, "I know she likes him very much. I think they met last month. I'm not sure of the circumstances, but that's what she told me."

He also noted that he offered Victoria some fatherly advice.

"I told her to treat the relationship like a holiday — just enjoy it as much as you can for as long as it lasts," Lorenzo said. "And if it lasts for more than a typical holiday, great. But if not, then just guard your heart, you know? Because she's very young."

According to Lorenzo, however, things between the pair are not serious .

He expressed to the Post , "She's fond of him, obviously. But they're not dating, and she does not want that out there because that would be really bad. It'd be embarrassing for her if he should happen to read something that said that they're dating and they're not."

Leonardo DiCaprio was seen enjoying a glamorous holiday in the Carribean onboard a yacht with a mystery woman.

The 48-year-old, who sported a pair of blue swimming drunks as he made the most of the sunshine, on the luxury ship, which was traveling around celeb fave, St Barts.

Among The Wolf of Wall Street star’s cohort was a woman whose identity is unknown, although she chatted along happily to the actor while wearing a light blue floral bikini.

His pal Joe Nahmad and his fiancée Madison Headrick, who wore a purple two-piece, were also spotted on the deck of the mega yacht, looking as though they were contemplating a dip in the deep blue sea.

The Don’t Look Up star is currently thought to be single after sparking rumours he was dating 23-year-old actress Victoria Lamas, when they were spotted together in a car in December.

While they left LA hotspot The Birds Street Club separately, the duo were photographed jumping into the same vehicle after the party had ended, although it’s understood they are just pals.

The photos came after many speculated the actor was keen on the model and mother-of-one Gigi. 

Heads turned after the duo were papped in September amid chatter Gigi would be the first  woman  over the age of 25 the star had romantically been attached to – as well as the first mother. 

Sources close to the couple at the time offered updates on the status of the new romance, sharing they were dating but ‘taking it slow,’ according to Page Six. 

They went on to detail the couple’s outings earlier this year, confirming they had been alone and also socialised with groups but are not labelling themselves as ‘exclusive’ yet.

Leo’s most recent official relationship was with Death Wish actress Camila Morrone, but following five years of dating they split at the end of last year shortly after she turned 25.

An insider claimed at the time: ‘Leo and Camila ended their relationship over the summer.’

‘There are no bad feelings between them,’ they added to  the Sun . ‘It just came to a natural conclusion.’

The Oscar winner was first linked to the model, stepdaughter of Al Pacino, in 2017, when they both hit up Cannes Film Festival.

It wasn’t until the following February that they attended their first event as a couple, celebrating Ellen DeGeneres’ 60th birthday party alongside a string of famous faces.

Camila previously made headlines when she hit back at the speculation surrounding their private lives, slamming those who quizzed their two-decade age-gap.

‘There’s so many relationships in Hollywood — and in the history of the world — where people have large age gaps,’ she said in a chat with the Los Angeles Times.

Leonardo was spotted chilling on a yacht in St. Barts on New Year's Eve with Tobey Maguire, Drake and a group of gorgeous models to ring in the new year!

Leonardo DiCaprio enjoyed his New Year’s Eve on a yacht in St. Barts alongside his A-list buddies and a slew of models. The Oscar winner, 48, was spotted hanging out in the gorgeous waters with his BFF Tobey Maguire , Drake and one of the cover girls, Madison Headrick , who is Leo’s friend Joe Nahmad’s fianceé. Leonardo kept a low-key figure in a baseball hat and tee while he lunched next to Madison, who also rocked a baseball cap, plus a striped bikini top, as seen in photos here from DailyMail .

The yacht party comes after Leo was spotted with Victoria Lamas recently over the holidays. Last week, they were seen exiting celeb hotspot The Birds Street Club in West Hollywood and getting into a car together. Of course, the sightings have speculated romance rumors, which comes shortly after the rumors of Leo and Gigi Hadid being an item , after the pair were seen  leaving the same New York restaurant  on Nov. 18.

While many believe the NYE holiday should be celebrated with a someone to kiss at midnight, Leo’s NYE spent without Gigi certainly raised a few eyebrows. However, a source EXCLUSIVELY told HollywoodLife that the actor and the supermodel are just “casually dating” and nothing has changed between them. “Leo is single.  Nothing has changed with  Gigi . They are casually seeing each other but there is nothing serious going on between them at all,” an insider close to Leo revealed.

Another source added EXCLUSIVELY that ” Gigi knows that Leo and Victoria were out with a bunch of friends which, of course, is completely fine with her.” The insider continued, “Although this wasn’t a romantic outing, Gigi has no opinion one way or another even if Leo does decide he wants to date other people. Her and Leo were never in a serious relationship to begin with, and they had no commitments to each other.”

Leonardo DiCaprio continues to be one of the most eligible bachelors in Hollywood, spending time on a luxury yacht surrounded by a ton of hot women in bikinis.

A shirtless Leo was spotted in St. Barts Monday while getting some serious vitamin D and chatting it up with multiple models on board before taking a dip and then laying in the sun.

Unclear who all of Leo's female friends are ... but one of the bikini-babes was Madison Headrick , Leo's pal Joe Nahmad 's fiancee.

Of course, Leo recently ended his relationship with Camila Morrone , after several years together.

He's been linked to several others since the split, including Gigi Hadid and more recently has reportedly been spending time with 23-year-old actress Victoria Lamas .

Clearly, he's not ready to settle down again any time soon.

Leonardo DiCaprio was spotted spending the holiday weekend with multiple bikini-clad women on a yacht in St. Barts.

Photos surfaced Monday of DiCaprio wearing a blue bathing suit while soaking up some sun on the yacht.

The "Titanic" actor was photographed alongside multiple women. DiCaprio's friend Joe Nahmad's fiancée Madison Headrick was identified as one of the models.

Recently, DiCaprio, 48, sparked romance rumors with actor Lorenzo Lamas' 23-year-old daughter Victoria Lamas.

"I know she likes him very much," Lorenzo told the New York Post . "I think they met last month. I’m not sure of the circumstances, but that’s what she told me."

DiCaprio became a single man once again in August after ending a four-year relationship with actress Camila Morrone . Victoria and DiCaprio were spotted leaving a Hollywood hotspot together on Dec. 20.

"She’s very smitten," Lorenzo said. "I told her to treat the relationship like a holiday – just enjoy it as much as you can for as long as it lasts. And if it lasts for more than a typical holiday, great. But if not, then just guard your heart, you know? Because she’s very young."

The "Renegade" actor joked, "I just told her, you know, absolutely no transatlantic cruises with Leo. Anyway, I’m excited for her. I know that it’s been a while since she’s had a serious relationship.… She’s got a big heart, and she tends to give it freely."

Victoria is one of Lamas' three daughters with ex-wife, Playboy playmate Shauna Sand. The couple divorced in 2002.

DiCaprio has also been linked to model Gigi Hadid since he ended his relationship with Morrone.

Morrone previously opened up about the age difference between her and DiCaprio during an interview in 2019.

Leonardo DiCaprio Welcomes 2023 With His 23-Year-Old Pal

Leonardo DiCaprio rang in the new year on a yacht off St. Barts, as per a report in PageSix . Joining the 48-year-old Oscar-winner was Victoria Lamas , the 23-year-old model , who he has been seen with of late. Though the official word is that they are just good friends, this is the “fourth hang out in less than a month,” the tabloid noted. 

Lamas is the second of three daughters between actor Lorenzo Lamas and actress Kathleen Kinmont . Victoria did not appear on the short-lived 2009 reality series Leave it to Lamas , which featured hijinks between her father, stepmother, and other half- and step-siblings. 

Papa Lamas had previously told the New York Post that he knew his daughter “liked [DiCaprio] very much,” but was not apprised of the specific circumstances. He did, however, use the word “smitten,” then joked he didn’t want his daughter taking any “trans-Atlantic cruises with Leo,” a reference to the fate of the passengers Titanic . (Dad jokes!)

Not only did the Caribbean-based yacht stay afloat this New Year’s Eve, it held a surfeit of celebrities. PageSix reported that Drake was aboard, as was DiCaprio’s old buddy (and current Babylon scene-stealer ) Tobey Maguire . 

E! News noted that on the night before New Year's, DiCaprio, Drake, Lenny Kravitz , Naomi Watts and Billy Crudup , Taika Waititi and Rita Ora , and Chase Hudson were all at the Hotel Emeraude on St. Barts (officially the Collectivité territoriale de Saint-Barthélemy) for a UNICEF gala. 

DiCaprio broke up with Camila Morrone , his girlfriend of four years, last August. It has been noted from time to time that the Revenant and Wolf of Wall Street star has a tendency to date younger women . Indeed, the data shows that the actor, historically, has a cut-off after the age of 25, so let’s check back on all this in two years.

Omi-what? COVID isn’t stopping stars — from Leonardo DiCaprio to Dua Lipa — moguls, and billionaires from partying in St. Barts as usual over the holidays. Although there is a new must-have amenity for the yacht set — not a second helipad or crypto ATM, but an onboard COVID lab.

At the after party for a UNICEF gala, stars like Leonardo DiCaprio, Kygo, Meek Mill, Mike Tyson, Cuba Gooding Jr, artist Alec Monopoly, Lil Baby, and Dua Lipa partied at club kings Richie Akiva and Darren Dzienciol’s bash aboard the lux $150 million Vava II yacht.

“People were outside the dock area trying to get in for four hours,” says a spy. DJ Cruz, DJ Shortkutz, and Guy Gerber provided the music.

Also spotted at the party was St. Barts regular, billionaire business mogul Len Blavatnik, whose 73-meter yacht $80 million Odessa 2 has been spotted in the area.

Earlier in the evening Dylan Penn, Nina Agdal and models Jordan Barrett and Kylie Vonnahme watched Lipa take the stage at the LuisaViaRoma for UNICEF party at Eden Rock, where, a source tells us, “Tables were going for up to $250,000.” 

Billionaire WhatsApp CEO Jan Koum was also spotted. Koum has two boats on the isle, the 181-foot Power Play, and the $220 million Moonrise.

Other mega yachts spotted include the $500 million Eclipse, owned by billionaire Roman Abramovich, who is known for hosting epic New Year’s Eve bashes that have seen performances by Prince and attract guests like Sir Paul McCartney.

Fellow Russian billionaire Eugene Schvidler’s $182 million Le Grand Bleu, which he reportedly won in a bet with Abramovich in 2006, has also been spotted in the area.

And of course there is Amazon’s Jeff Bezos, who has been photographed smooching girlfriend Lauren Sanchez all over the island, including aboard a yacht.

While according to the CDC, there is a “Low Level of COVID-19 in Saint Barthelemy,” there is one yachter who could be of help if the numbers creep up.

Scientist Jonathan Rothberg, a winner of the National Medal of Technology and known for DNA sequencing, just came out with a rapid test called Detect. He is currently sailing in St. Barts aboard his yacht, the Gene Machine, which is outfitted with its own COVID lab. Beats standing outside City MD for four hours.

“He raised $110 million from undisclosed investors, brought some staff onboard — literally — and started researching what he hoped would be an efficient but effective way of testing for the new coronavirus at home,” says an article in the Washington Post about his work on the yacht.

Leonardo DiCaprio helped save man's life after he fell off yacht in the Caribbean

Leonardo DiCaprio helped save a man from drowning in the Caribbean, after hearing an emergency call while holidaying in St Barts.

According to People , DiCaprio and his pals motored to the rescue in a rented boat to try and find the man, who is said to have 'drunkenly' fallen off a Club Med yacht.

He had reportedly been lost at sea and treading water for 11 hours when the Titanic star and his crew found him.

“Leo and his friends and their boat captain decided to join the search and their efforts resulted in helping save a man’s life,” a source told the magazine.

“The boat crew were happy to try and assist - even more so that they were able to help get the man to safety.”

The man was rescued in 'rough water' just before sunset on December 30, as a storm was about to set in, with DiCaprio's boat being the only one searching for him in the area.

DiCaprio and his girlfriend, Argentine model turned actress Camila Morrone, were spending New Year celebrating with friends in the expensive resort.

It’s thought that the 45-year-old actor is among the front runners for the Oscars next month, for his role in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood .

The 40-year-old actor was spotted puffing on an electronic cigarette while chatting with the group on Thursday, and at one point, he took his shirt off to work on his tan; later, he and his vacation buddies hit the beach and waded in the ocean. True to form, Leo was surrounded by pretty ladies, including a brunette beauty that he smooched on the cheek and a blonde who bore a resemblance to his on-off girlfriend, model Toni Garrn. Taking up an entire block on the  Upper East Side , St. Bartholemew’s Church, also known as  St. Bart’s , is a center for more than religion. In between the church’s masses on Sunday and daily evening prayers, children funnel in and out of its preschool, and musicians cycle through the space to rehearse on the largest pipe organ in New York City.

Architect Bertram Goodhue, known for designing the Nebraska State Capitol building and the Los Angeles Central Library, designed the church in the Romanesque and Byzantine Revival styles beginning in 1916. However, this was not the congregation’s first home. Founded in 1835, the congregation began in NoHo , moved to Midtown , and landed on the Upper East Side . While the church’s first structure was a simple building, it’s second, was designed by St. Patrick’s Cathedral architect James Renwick. featured grand bronze doors designed by French sculptor Philip Martiny.

After structural problems arose in the church’s Midtown building, the search began for a new location for the church that had amassed a reputation as a congregation with great preachers and powerful music. The new location, which still stands, features a portal designed by McKim, Mead & White in 1903 for the church’s Midtown location. The portal honors Alice Vanderbilt ‘s late husband, Cornelius Vanderbilt II.

The church’s musical history stretches as far back as its architectural history. Once the church invited renowned British conductor Leopold Stokowski to join the congregation’s musical team, its repertoire of musical giants continued to grow. After Stokowski led St. Bart’s choir and played its famous organ, English organist Edwin H. Lemare and esteemed composer Amy Beach, among others, extended the church’s musical influence.

The centerpiece of St. Bart’s music sphere is its organ, which made its debut in 1901 as a single organ designed by the Ernest M. Skinner Company of Boston. Beginning in 1927, the church expanded the organ, and improvements to the instrument have continued to today. Currently, the organ has 168 stops and over 12,000 pipes with organ blowers now located in a climate-controlled room in the basement. Parts of the organ are placed throughout the church, including a section in the dome. The organ can produce sounds including, “ethereal celestes, colorful flutes, orchestral reeds, and brilliant trumpet,” according to St. Bart’s . Due to St. Bart’s supremacy in the organ world, The Organ Historical Society held its first meeting in the Choir Room at St. Bart’s in 1956.

Past its musical influence, the church offers religious education classes, recovery meetings, and weekly meditation, among other opportunities. For decades, St. Bart’s has opened its doors to thousands of New Yorkers without homes. The church also features Inside Park , a restaurant, which serves American Nouveau fare for lunch and dinner.

Due to its long-term place in New York’s architectural, music, and religious history, the New York Landmarks Commission designated St. Bart’s a National Landmark .

Two young American Mormon missionaries detained in Russia for alleged visa term violations are released and back in the U.S.

Two American missionaries have returned home to the U.S. after they were detained in Russia for more than two weeks for alleged visa term violations.

Church spokesman Eric Hawkins said Wednesday in a statement that the men were treated well in detention.

Kole Brodowski, 20, from California , and David Gaag, 19, from Bothell, Washington, were detained on March 1 in Novorossiisk, a Black Sea city.

A Russian court ordered their deportation after they were accused of working as English teachers without proper credentials.

The The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, based in Utah, had previously said it was 'troubled by the circumstances' of the detention.

Latter-day Saint missionaries are not allowed to legally proselytize in Russia and are called 'volunteers.'

In a statement emailed to CBS News , Eric Hawkins, a spokesman for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), said Brodowski and Gaag 'have been released and have left' Russia.

Hawkins said Brodowski was to return to his home in California, while Gaag was going to 'return to the United States for a short time, receive any needed support, and then continue his service in a new mission.'

Hawkins claimed they were both 'treated very well' after their arrest in Novorossiysk and were able to maintain 'regular contact with their families and mission president.'

Gaag is returning to the United States and will continue his service in a new mission

Brodowski's father expressed his relief in a Facebook post, saying: 'It’s finally over!.  

'Kole is headed home and his companion will receive another call. I want to thank the thousands of people worldwide that prayed for him/us and sent messages of comfort and support. 

'There were many people I’ll never meet that worked day and night for the past three weeks to free these young men. Thank you to all.'

The young volunteers were imprisoned by authorities earlier this month 'while engaged in a meeting at a local meeting house', according to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Religious missionaries were banned in 2016 but the church claims by officially registering workers as 'volunteers' they are complying with the law.

'The Church is closely monitoring conditions in Russia for all volunteers and will continue to fully comply with Russian law,' Hawkins said in the statement on Wednesday.

Kole's father Kyle Brodowski's tweeted about his relief at the prospect of his son coming home 

Russia is holding at least two other U.S. nationals in custody over alleged espionage and another on fraud charges.

Last week Moscow City Court upheld a ruling that ordered keeping former U.S. Marine Paul Whelan in jail at least until the end of May.

Paul Whelan, of Michigan, was arrested in a hotel room in the Russian capital in late December and accused of 'unspecified spying activity' amid claims he was caught with a 'USB stick containing names of Russian agents'.

Defense attorney Vladimir Zherebenkov said that the allegations of Whelan spying 'in the interests of the US' seem to be based largely on the fact that he'd traveled to Russia on an American passport. 

Whelan also holds British, Irish and Canadian citizenship and denies the charges against him.
