Enjoy five star luxury at Stock Island Yacht Club, after a day of chasing the spectacular giants of the deep such as marlins and sailfish. Formerly Key West Harbour Marina, you will find all that you want and more at Stock Island Yacht Club in Key West, Florida.  This marina has just about every amenity needed to ensure a memorable stay. There is a beautiful pool where you can float around with your frozen drink in hand that you snagged from the Tiki Bar. For lunch and dinner, you have your choice of grilling out in the picnic area or grabbing a seat at the on-site restaurant for delicious dining while overlooking the harbor. Additionally, the marina offers 400 Dry slips accommodating vessels up to 50 feet in length and 50,000 lbs and over 100 wet slips accommodating vessels up to 110 feet in length. The marina offers daily and monthly wet slips for rent, and charges a 40' minimum price. The marina has two sets of docks, fixed docks on the inner harbor, and floating docks on the outer harbor. 

For those who want to get a little bit of heightened exercise, there is a health club available to boaters, which provides lockers, showers, and laundry to patrons. The dog-friendly marina is nearby plenty of outdoor walking trails and sidewalks, so you can enjoy some extra fresh air and cardio with the pups. Stock Island Yacht Club is conveniently a full-service marina, so you will have all of your boating needs at the tips of your fingers without having to leave the marina. There is a full pump-out station, as well as a gas dock that offers the Premium Valvtect Marine Fuel and Diesel. There is both a provisions store and snack shop, so you can load up your boat with all the necessities when you head back out for more cruising or fishing.

Cancellation Policy: This marina has a 72 hour cancellation policy. Please contact Snag-A-Slip or the marina at least 72 hours prior to your stay to receive a full refund.

Minimum Price: This marina charges a 40' LOA minimum rate for all reservations.

Late Check In Policy: In the event of a check in after hours please contact the marina with your information to receive docking instructions.

Special Events: This marina levies a 4 night minimum stay requirement during special events such as Mini Lobster Season and Boat Races.

Pet Policy: This marina is pet friendly. Animals must be leashed and supervised at all times.

The slip was fine. Got help tying up too. But the advertising is an over sell. The bathroom was a half mile walk from the slip. Literally. I measured it. The bar wasn’t a bar but a drinks outlet and was dead. The restaurant was closed. So no food. And it a big storage marina, so lots of sheds and car parks.

The restroom facilities closer to your slip are currently under construction do the damages we experienced from Hurricane Ian, but we are very sorry for the inconvenience during your stay. Great place to stay. Docks are floating and can be short. Good washrooms free laundry great pool and restaurant. Kids loved the beach. Enter the basin between the markers at decent speed as winds tend to blow you to the south by the markers. Once into the basin everything calms down. Ships store, free pumpout and laundry in the tiki hut in the outer basin. Friendly liveaboards in the marina. They are closing soon (November 2022) to reconstruct the docks and build a hotel on property.

Solid docks among mangroves (in the outer basin) a bit far from the office, restaurant and pool. There are only two toilets and showers in the hut at the outer basin. They are a bit rustic, but clean. Beautiful area but a bit isolated. Good WiFi.

If you're looking to avoid the mayhem and shenanigans of the tourist traps in Key West, then this is your marina. Convenient to the Florida Straights, clean, well maintained, with excellent customer service. This marina is and will continue to be our "spot" when sailing through the Florida Keys.

Close enough to KW; laid back enough to chill. Stock Island Yacht Club and Marina offered us shelter from the winds of February, 2021. The friendly staff took great care of our every need. Marooned for a week, we dined at their tasty Test Kitchen II and sampled a bevy of the best nearby Cuban restaurants for the occasional breakfast out. If you go don’t miss the nearby (“A great place if you can find it!”) Hogfish Bar’s Sunday Shrimp Boil. Close to the fishing, cruising and sightseeing waters surrounding Key West, the only difficulty you’ll have is leaving.

This is a great marina and boatyard. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Key West, Stock Island Yacht Club and Marina is a relaxing and well managed facility. TUCKED AWAY AT AMERICA'S southernmost point where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Gulf of Mexico is a hidden tropical gem called Stock Island Yacht Club & Marina .

When visitors pull up to the six-pier marina, they see three bright blue and yellow hacienda-style condos surrounded by palm trees and clear turquoise water. The patios open up to fixed piers with remarkable seaside views. Located on Stock Island adjacent to Key West, this tropical escape has a Caribbean paradise groove.

Family-owned investment firm, Spottswood Companies , recently acquired the 13-acre property. In addition to condo rentals, the Category 5 hurricane- rated marina has 417 dry racks, 101 wet slips, high and dry storage units, fitness facilities, fuel, free ice delivery, pump-out services and member benefits such as access to the fitness facility, private pool and clubhouse.

A new dock and dine restaurant in the clubhouse offers hook-and-cook, where local chef James Jernigan and his staff prepare your fresh catch of the day.

Enjoy amenities such as golf cart, bike, paddleboard and kayak rentals, beach yoga classes and a BYOB tiki bar that sits at the water's edge overlooking a stunning view of Hawk's Channel . With its rapid expansion, developers also plan to bring live music to the property.

The resort also offers both deep sea and flats fishing, plus various boating excursions. One of the main attractions is the family day out charter rental with activities including fishing, snorkeling, sandbar tours, sunset cruises and more.

It's far enough from the mainland for a relaxing getaway, but close enough to venture into the Key West action. You can hop on the complimentary shuttle to visit downtown favorites such as famous Duval Street , only three miles away. You can also try several great dining options on Stock Island including the Italian restaurant Roostica , and the local favorite, Hogfish Bar and Grill .

"As Key West is becoming more and more developed and less affordable, Stock Island is the new place to be with a fun dining and art scene," says Todd Manuel, general manager. "It's been fun to watch that over the past few years."

With full property upgrades including new equipment, cleaning facilities and recently installed fiber optic Wi-Fi service, Stock Island Yacht Club plans to keep growing. Manuel says "the secluded location is off the beaten path with tons of amenities is the most exclusive part of the experience. If you do not call and cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your arrival you will be charged for one nights dockage. Southern Marinas Buys Stock Island Yacht Club & Marina

Southern Marinas , a premier owner and operator of marinas across the nation, has purchased Stock Island Yacht Club & Marina in Key West, Florida, from SH Marinas 6000, LLC, an affiliate of Spottswood Companies, Inc. The sale of the marina will allow the seller to continue with its plans to develop a five-star resort and vacation rental on the retained upland portion of the property.

The marina will continue to serve as a focal point of the overall resort and, to ensure harmonious and integrated development and operation of the overall resort, Spottswood Companies has agreed to partner with Southern Marinas on the marina acquisition.

Matt Putnam, Andrew Cantor and Dan Grovatt of Colliers Leisure Property Advisors represented the seller in the transaction.

Stock Island Yacht Club & Marina is located at 6000 Peninsular Avenue in Key West. It is a full-service marina in the lower Keys with 100 wet slips that have immediate ocean access, and more than 200 dry slips for boats up to 50+ feet. Currently, amenities include a waterfront pool, private beach, fitness center and sauna, and restaurant, called Jack’s Poolside Bar.

The marina has three waterfront villa units available for rent. The land has been approved for 148 hotel and transient townhome units that are intended to be developed by Spottswood Companies and its partners, including Brightwild, the Spottswood-affiliated vacation rental platform. The Spottswood family, a seventh-generation Key West family, worked with the Monroe County Planning Commission to rezone the marina from mixed commercial use to a destination resort. Plans were approved prior to listing the marina for sale.

Colliers also assisted the parties in working through obstacles related to the separation of the retained uplands portion of the property from the operating marina components, ensuring a smooth transaction.

Spottswood Companies plans to break ground on the resort late this year.
