The cost of chartering a yacht on the Amalfi Coast will start at around $20,000 a week, plus an additional 30% advanced provisioning allowance (APA), 14% VAT, and a discretionary tip. The APA will cover the food, drinks, fuel, and berthing during your travels, and the tip remains at the discretion of the client but is advised anywhere between 10% to 20% of the charter fee to thank the crew for their efforts.

The starting price for a yacht charter on the Amalfi Coast will be around $25,000 for a week for 6 guests plus expenses. There are several options for mooring a luxury yacht on the Amalfi Coast. The equipped ports near the Amalfi Coast are Capri's Marina Grande, Amalfi's Marina Grande, and Sorrento's Marina Grande and Piano di Sorrento (on the Sorrento Peninsula). In Positano, on the other hand, there is no port, only a pier equipped for disembarking and embarking. There is also a buoy field in front of Fornillo beach. From these towns, you can quickly move to visit the inland villages like Ravello. All the Amalfi Coast is a Unesco World Heritage site.

With a superyacht you can also reach the Aeolian Island and the Sicily Coast or sail till Sardinia.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

Antonio, born in 1983, is from the Amalfi Coast. Since his father was a professional sailor, he developed a love for the sea when he was young. After completing his studies at the Nautical Institute, Antonino spent five years working in the yachting industry on cruise ships. He then moved on to tour the wonderful island of Capri as a charter Captain on private yachts.
