How to get the Dinghy (4-seater) in GTA 5 Story Mode:

In GTA V Story Mode, the Dinghy (4-seater) can only be found and stolen (see the spawn locations in the "Appearances" section below). It is not available for purchase.

How to get the Dinghy (4-seater) in GTA Online:

The Dinghy (4-seater) can be purchased in GTA Online from DockTease for a price of $166,250 .

The Dinghy (4-seater) is stored as a Pegasus Vehicle or in the Galaxy Super Yacht. It cannot be customized.

Once acquired, you can request the delivery of the Dinghy (4-seater) from the Pegasus Concierge, Interaction Menu - CEO/VIP, Interaction Menu - Services, Merryweather, Phone - Yacht Captain.

How to unlock the Dinghy (4-seater) Trade Price?

A trade price of  $125,000 (Discounted)*  can be unlocked for the Dinghy (4-seater).

aAnimals arrived in GTA Online 10 years after the game’s release. And now, the Los Santos Tourist Board has a daily mission to photograph three animals each (real world) day.

Our in-progress guide for where to find animals in GTA Online will give you maps for where to find 13 of the 15 animals that might show up in the Shoot Animals LS Tourist Board mission.

GTA Online animals list

Animals arrived in Los Santos with the Chop Shop update. Each real-world day, the LS Tourist Board selects three kinds of animal from a list of 15 for you to photograph. You’ll get an email to your phone with the list.

The available animals are:

• Chicken Hawk
• Great Commorant
• Mountain Lion

The animals do have to be alive when you take the photo, so you’ll usually have to sneak up on them to get a good picture.

GTA Online animal spawn locations

Animals in GTA Online spawn in general areas, so treat the maps below as places to start looking, not exact locations. Beyond that, when an animal spawns, it has a set route that it will follow. Sometimes, they’ll just hang out to get a drink, while other spawns will follow a set path to a different location.

Animals also have rules about when they spawn that have to do with time of day and the weather. Cats, for example, don’t spawn in the rain. We’ll try to note these rules below.

Where to find boars in GTA Online

Boars tend to show up in out-of-the-way and hilly areas during the day . A good place to look for a boar is behind the abandoned motel in Sandy Shores .

Boars will run away as you approach them, so make sure to crouch.

Where to find cats in GTA Online

Cats are pretty common in the more urban areas of Los Santos, especially in the alleys off of main roads. Look for them when it’s not raining and, usually (but not always), in the daytime . You’ll often see them along the roads in Vinewood Hills , and there’s almost always one on the low wall east of the store in Sandy Shores .

Where to find chicken hawks in GTA Online

Chicken hawks are nondescript birds that you’ll often find soaring around Los Santos. You can tell them apart from other birds — like great cormorants and seagulls — by their short necks and broad wings.

If you can make it to the peak of Mount Chiliad , you’ll always find several of them circling around. If you don’t feel like trekking all the way out there, there are usually several of them above the airport on the southeastern shore of Alamo Sea near Sandy Shores .

Where to find cows in GTA Online

Unsurprisingly, you’ll mostly find cows on farms, not in the city itself.

You can find some at the farm southeast of the Redwood Lights Track in the Grand Senora Desert. There are several larger farms in the Grapeseed neighborhood on the northeastern shore of the Alamo Sea.

Where to find coyotes in GTA Online

It’s hard to pin down the best place to look for coyotes in GTA Online because they’re just kind of everywhere. You’ll find them along basically every road that’s not in Los Santos proper, day or night .

The area all around the Alamo Sea is a good place to look — it’s flat and the vegetation is pretty sparse, so the coyotes are easier to spot. Try the beach on the south side near Sandy Shores or the northeast by Grapeseed .

Where to find crows in GTA Online

There are only three places that crows spawn in GTA Online — in the east near Sandy Shores , Lago Zancudo in the west, and the peak of Mount Chiliad . They seem to only appear during the day .

Where to find deer in GTA Online

Deer, like coyotes, can be found basically everywhere that’s not the city. You’ll find them during the day along basically every rural road — just not in the desert south of the Alamo Sea . They don’t seem to spawn during rain and will always run away when you get too close.

Where to find great cormorants in GTA Online

Great cormorants only spawn in a few places in GTA Online . The best place to find them is Lago Zancudo in the west. Cormorants have long necks, making them easy to distinguish from chicken, hawks, and crows. You’ll spot them both flying and standing along water.

Where to find hens in GTA Online

Hens are another barnyard creature, so you’ll have to head to the rural areas of GTA Online to find them. During the day , head to the area south of Sandy Shores or up around Paleto Bay , and look for houses with chicken coops (or just chickens) in the yard.

Where to find mountain lions in GTA Online

Mountain lions spawn in some of the more wild areas of GTA Online . They’re more common at night and also extremely aggressive, so you’ll have to be careful snapping their picture.

The hiking trails on and around Mount Chiliad and the dirt road leading down to Catfish View are good places to check.

Where to find pigs in GTA Online

Pigs aren’t the same as the wild boars you see around the island. These are the farm animals and, as such, you’ll again be heading to the more rural areas of Los Santos and Blaine County.

For a picture of a pig, you’ll have to head to farms around Sandy Shores and Grapeseed — the areas around the Great Senora Desert and Alamo Sea — during the day .

Where to find poodles in GTA Online

Poodles (and pugs) are pets that you’ll find walking the streets of Los Santos during the day . For poodles, check the West Vinewood neighborhood along the north edge of Los Santos proper or Del Perro Beach on the west shore.

Where to find pugs in GTA Online

Pugs, like poodles, are pets that you’ll find on sidewalks in Los Santos neighborhoods during the day . Pugs are more common in the northwest of Los Santos in Richman and Rockford Hills .

Where to find rabbits in GTA Online

Rabbits are another creature that’s pretty ubiquitous throughout the rural areas of GTA Online — basically, you’ll find them anywhere that isn’t Los Santos or the desert. They’re small and they can be hard to spot, so look for them during the day when it’s not raining. And make sure you sneak up on them because they’re very skittish (and have a tendency to run into traffic).

Where to find seagulls in GTA Online

Not surprisingly, you’ll find seagulls along the coast — both along the ocean and the Alamo Sea — during the day . Good places to look are Del Perro Beach , Paleto Bay , Procopio Beach , and Sandy Shores .

Offers a helicopter, some jetski, & a boat or 2 (depending on which you buy). Has yacht defenses you can activate. Has a bar. It's basically a glorified apartment on the water, but there's no heist room so it's more like a medium apartment.

GTA 5: Where to Find the Dinghy

If you have completed GTA 5’s story mode, you will be very familiar with the inflatable boat that is The Dinghy in GTA 5. After all, this is the same boat type you used back in The Merryweather Heist (both Freighter or Offshore methods,) Monkey Business, and Derailed story missions in-game.

The Dinghy has made prominent appearances in previous Grand Theft Auto games; Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto IV, where each game’s protagonist must use The Dinghy in one way or another in a few of the story missions.

The Dinghy is one of the more special boats or watercraft in GTA 5 that gives players free scuba gear upon exiting the vehicle. This will come in handy if you are out to look for the Hidden Treasures in GTA 5.

The Dinghy in GTA 5

The Dinghy makes another appearance in GTA 5. This time, the Dinghy is more maneuverable and faster than it has ever been in its previous iterations in earlier installments of Grand Theft Auto.

The general look and design of the Dinghy in GTA 5 closely resembles the RHIB or Rigid-Hull Inflatable Boat used by the military. Despite its relatively small footprint, the Dinghy can comfortably carry up to four people.

Unfortunately, while the Dinghy features more maneuverability, its armor is still one of the weakest of any watercraft in GTA 5, making it very susceptible to gunfire. Despite this, the Dinghy will not deflate when fired at.

One cool thing about the Dinghy is that it gives out free scuba to players upon exiting the water vehicle, which should come in handy when looking for those hidden treasures underwater.

Dinghy Locations in GTA 5

The Dinghy can be found in a variety of locations around the map. Follow these waypoints below to find a Dinghy in-game.

• Barge under Miriam Turner Overpass

• Southwest of Post Op Depository

• Sonar Collections Dock

• Puerto Del Sol Marina

Lingy Dinghy

There are a ton of other watercraft in GTA 5 if all you want to do is travel across the game’s oceans. However, the Dinghy is one of the few watercraft that will give you free scuba gear upon exiting the vehicle. This should come in handy if you want to explore more than the waters’ surface in GTA 5.

Are you on the hunt for the rarest and most coveted vehicles in GTA 5 and GTA Online? Look no further! In this guide we reveal all the secret spawn locations for some of the most elusive cars in the game, from the ultra-rare modded Dubsta 2 to the classic Declasse Tornado. We have rare cars, hidden cars and super cars.

First, here’s some general tips for spawning cars in GTA 5:

• If the car you want is in Simeon’s list, it has a better chance of spawning. Refresh the list after you’ve waited a while or quit GTA Online and return.
• If you drive a car by the same manufacturer as the one you want, it has a better chance of spawning.
• From the GTA Online menu screen, if you go to “Options,” “Spawn Location,” and then “Last Location,” you can go from lobby to lobby until the car you want spawns.

The following vehicles are known to spawn at the locations described below. This list covers both the GTA 5 offline and GTA Online car locations.

Note, you are also able to buy cars in GTA Online (as opposed to stealing them). This can be done by opening the internet browser on your in-game mobile phone (Eyefind) and then going to the Travel and Transport section. There you will find links to the four different vendors of vehicles within the game: Benny’s Original Motor Works, Legendary Motorsport, Southern San Andreas Super Autos and Warstock Cache & Carry.

Modded Dubsta 2

Extremely rare

The modded Dubsta 2 is an extremely rare spawn and requires specific actions to be completed before it can be acquired. Refer to this article for specific instructions.

Obey Tailgater

The Obey Tailgater will appear in the parking lot of golf course in the area shown here on the map. However, it will only appear if you’ve received a text message from Simeon asking you to get it.

Canis Bodhi

To make the Canis Bodhi spawn, you must either host or join the Rockstar-created Mission “Dirt Road.” It will then appear in the location shown on the map, between rocks on the road.

You can also buy the Canis Bodhi for $25,000 from southernsanandreassuperautos.com.

To get the Canis Mesa, have another player spend $7,500 with Merryweather to send mercenaries after you. Shoot the mercenaries and steal the vehicle when they appear, and take it to the LS Custom Shop.

Imponte Phoenix

Look for the Imponte Phoenix in the location shown on the map.

The submarine will be in the water at the very edge of the area shown on the map.

Declasse Asea

You can only get the Declasse Asea as a new character. When you get to choose a car to race with in the tutorial, pick the Declasse Asea. After the race ends, keep the car and continue until you can take it to the LS Custom Shop.

Karin Rebel

The Karin Rebel will be outside of the Criminal Records race in the area shown on the map.

You can also buy the Karin Rebel for $3,000 from southernsanandreassuperautos.com.

Karin BeeJay XL

The Karin BeeJay XL will be outside of the Criminal Records race in the area shown on the map.

Declasse Tornado

The Declasse Tornado will be at the docks shown on the map, near a garage.

Declasse Granger

The Declasse Granger will spawn in the parking lots and a garage in the area shown on the map.

Declasse Rancher XL

The Declasse Ranger XL will spawn parked outside garages and being driven through the streets in the area shown on the map.

Imponte Ruiner

The Imponte Ruiner will spawn in parking lots in the area shown on the map.

Mammoth Patriot

Go to the spot marked on the map below. The Mammoth Patriot will either spawn parked on the dirt road near the bridge or being driven through the streets at night.

Karin Sultan

Karin Sultan RS

You can not find the modded version of the Sultan RS naturally out in the open world, but you can find the normal Karin Sultan and upgrade it to the Sultan RS. There are two guaranteed spawn points where you can find the Sultan RS. The best part about these locations is that the car spawns in a group of either two or three!

The first location is the Prison parking lot. If you do not find the car then simply drive around the prison and a new set of cars should appear. Try it out a couple of times and if you still don’t see the car then simply find a new GTA Online session and repeat the process. We found the car after two session changes and driving around a couple of times

The second reliable location is the Maze Bank Arena parking lot. You can find the car in the parking lot of the arena. If you do not see the car, then repeat the same process of changing your session and driving around the stadium to refresh the cars.

It has also been reported, by a number of players, that if you drive around these locations in an Elegy RH8, then the likelihood of a Sultan spawning is higher… and, there is no harm in it since you can get Elegy RH8 for free.

Now, to upgrade your regular Sultan to the Sultan RS, you can either go to LS Customs and add a Roll Cage to get the RS version, or go to Benny’s Original Motor Works and upgrade your normal Sultan to the Sultan RS by paying a hefty GTA$795,000. Also, when you go to LS Customs, you will need to add all the performance upgrades to actually turn the car into a proper RS with improved acceleration and handling – adding a roll cage is just for decorative purposes!

This motorcycle will spawn on the sidewalks in the area shown on the map.

Bravado FIB Buffalo

In the area on the map, make your way to the satellite dishes and the road to Los Santos Customs. If you park by the first satellite dish between 10:00 and 11:00, you should see people nearby. Bravado Rumpo

The Weazel News Bravado Rumpo will spawn at the location shown on the map below just outside of the gang attack area.

In the location on the map below, regular Rumpo vans will be parked along the sidewalks.

The Weazel News Rumpo spawns at the location below on Sundays between 17:00 and 17:47.

Karin Dilettante

The Albany Buccaneer can be found parked on Wednesdays between 11:30 and 18:00 at the spots marked on the map.

Declasse Sabre Turbo

The Declasse Sabre Turbo spawns being driven in the locations marked on the map below on Saturdays between 16:00 and 17:45.

Vapid Dominator

The Vapid Dominator will be parked outside of Los Santos Customs at the area marked on the map on Tuesdays in the evening.

Karin Intruder

Declasse Tornado – Mariachi Variant

To get the Mariachi form of the Declasse Tornado, take a sniper rifle to the area marked below, at 19:00. From the mountaintop, use the sniper rifle to look for a distant Mariachi Declasse Tornado being chased by the police. Shoot the people in the car and then either steal it or call Lester. Take it to Los Santos Customs and put a tracker on it.

Note: the Mariachi Declasse Tornado can’t be initially stored, but you can put it in your garage once you take another vehicle out.

St. Petersburg City Council candidate Torrie Jasuwan has landed endorsements from seven former City Council members as she seeks the District 5 seat currently held by Deborah Figgs-Sanders .

The endorsers, a bipartisan group, include Jaime Bennett , Jeff Danner ,  Bill Dudley ,  Kathleen Ford , Karl Nurse , Darden Rice  and Larry Williams .

Both Bennett and Williams previously represented District 5, which includes parts of South St. Pete including Greater Pinellas Point.

“I am humbled by the support of these strong and dedicated leaders of our special and great city.” Jasuwan said. “I am energized by the support from so many different people and diverse groups throughout our city. This early support of esteemed community leaders and money lead will help us spread our message of unity, progress and fresh ideas for St. Petersburg.”

Jasuwan recently announced her campaign had raised more than $31,000 as of the end of October, exceeding her goal to raise $30,000 in 30 days.

A Pinellas County native, Jasuwan is a small-business owner and real estate broker with Luxe properties International. She’s also the founder of Babycycle Diaper Bank, a nonprofit that serves more than 250,000 families in need each year. She has been a vocal advocate at the state level for tax-free diapers, successfully working with Sen.  Lauren Book  and Rep.  Anna Eskamani  to eliminate the tax in Florida.

Jasuwan and a business partner,  Jeanette Secor , also recently oversaw the remodeling and rebranding of Two Mermaids Resort in Treasure Island.

She and her family have also appeared several times, over two seasons, on the Bravo reality series “Below Deck.”

She has earned several honors, including the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce’s Iconic Woman of the Year Award for community service, the PEMHS Pacesetter award and the Pinellas Realtor Organization’s Good Neighbor award.

Her husband,  Albert Jasuwan , owns  JAS Engineering and Construction , a local home renovation and lifting company.

Jasuwan officially entered the race Oct. 5, according to filing  documents  with the St. Pete City Clerk’s Office.

Jasuwan is a registered Democrat, though her husband is a Republican, according to the most recent  L2 voter data . Figgs-Sanders is also a Democrat.

Though City Council races are statutorily nonpartisan, political affiliation often creeps into debates, even if unspoken. District 5, which includes parts of South St. Pete including Maximo and Greater Pinellas Point, is heavily Democratic. As of August, Democrats in the district  outnumber Republicans  13,128 voters to 5,067, with just under 5,500 no-party voters.

Top 12 places to see the sea in and around St. Petersburg

The following are good places to take in the “water” (full disclosure: rivers and lakes have also made this list). By no means is this a complete list of the offerings near St. Petersburg , but it could provide an ambitious roadmap for a summer well spent. The first six are located in the Resort District (Kurortny Raion) in the northwestern part of St. Petersburg, while the latter six are scattered in and around the city.  

Tarkhovka

The sandy beach at Tarkhovka is not on most people’s radars, but it is open to the public and provides a great view of the fortress at Kronstadt across the Finnish Gulf . This first “water” stop into the Resort District is just a short ride by car, bus or an “eletrichka” train from Finlyandsky train station (a good option on summer weekends due to traffic). There is water access on both sides, as Sestroretsky Razliv Lake lies just inland from the train tracks and Primorskoe highway.

Featuring some of the most popular beaches in St. Petersburg , there are also numerous hotels, bars, restaurants, health spas and sanitoriums, with the oldest – the Sestroretsky Resort – dating back to 1898. You can access the water from Dubki Park in the center of town and from there the coastline of the Finnish Gulf extends north. If you walk far enough you will hit “Dyuny” (Dunes) a popular nude beach.

Laskovy beach is another gem of St. Petersburg ’s coastline and is packed with sunbathers on hot summer days. But it is also popular as a picnic spot in the off-season. Much of the rest of the coastline here is fairly rocky (especially after storms throw stones around), although equally beautiful. Like many settlements along the coast here, Solnechoe is growing fast, with its population increasing nearly 50 percent since 2002.

Besides hosting the museum complex to the great Russian painter Ilya Repin , Repino also features a popular beach, several restaurants and 14 spas, resorts and sanatoriums. Take in the museum , have a meal and go for a swim.

Komarovo ’s relaxed atmosphere, forests and ample beachfronts have attracted city dwellers for generations. There are a few restaurants that operate on the beach in summer, although Komarovo is far enough away from the city to deter some day-trippers compared to the closer options.

Kronstadt is actually a city and naval fortress on an island called Kotlin. Famous for being the site of an anti-Bolshevik rebellion in 1921, today this pleasant town offers several great spots to take in a sea view, with the south side flanked by three harbors. Be sure to check out the Naval Cathedral and the Damba , an enormous 25-kilometer dam complex that spans the Finnish Gulf and protects St. Petersburg from flooding. It cuts through the island offering some great views.  

Peter and Paul Fortress

The most popular beach in the city center, people flock here any day of the year that there is sun. Located on the Neva River side of the fortress , in the summer it is packed, not surprising considering how small the beach actually is. For me summer in St. Petersburg and a trip to the beach here to gaze out at the grandeur of the city are inseparable associations.  

Krestovsky Island

Another good option within the heart of the city, this is one of St. Petersburg’s most tranquil districts on weekdays when there are few tourists. Its long coastline is situated between several tributaries of the Neva River and provides ample space for taking in a sunset or having a picnic.  

Park dedicated to the 300 Years of St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg’s youngest park was built to commemorate the 300th anniversary of the city’s founding. It is probably also the busiest place to take in a sea view as the territory is covered by fountains, statues, 300 crabapple trees (a gift from the city of Helsinki), a lighthouse, a wave pool and even hosts a diving school.  

Kanonersky Island

The site of some of St. Petersburg’s main customs buildings, for some this may represent an unlikely choice. However, if you walk around long enough you can find a relatively private corner for a picnic. Located near the city center this island is a bit rough around the edges with no infrastructure for tourists, however, it offers great views of the Finnish Gulf and the boat traffic coming into the harbor.
