Beach front, quiet, friendly staff, big room, excellent location

Great location. Easy walk to town. Unit we stayed in had an amazing view of the water and reef. Air conditioning worked great. The Belize Diving Adventures operation on the dock right by the Yacht Club has great service and options. Patz restaurant across the street has great American breakfast options. Margie and Kenny's down the street has great Belizean dishes.

Great location. Convenient to town but not in the middle of San Pedro. Dock on property where you can snorkel and a dive company on that same dock. Beautiful views of the sea from our second floor balcony. Fruit stand out front which was great for breakfast. Parking across the street or along the side of the building to park your golf cart. They arranged our last minute request for a golf cart (ask them a week or so ahead of time to make it easier on them). Fully stocked kitchen. Plan to come again next year.

My wife and i stay at this property every time we come. The staff is amazing and the location is perfect. Town is 10 min walk or 5 min golf cart ride. Our dive center is located on the property.

The location is outstanding. Quiet but within walking distance of all the action. As divers, having a top notch dive shop on site was amazing.

Loved the property and location! Beautiful grounds. Nice rooms. Absolutely loved the deck on the 2nd floor beach front. Could have sat out there all day enjoying the view! Staff super friendly and accommodating when we had to change our dates last minute.
