• If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
• If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

Reservations are confirmed, with an advanced payment to secure the booking of the yacht you want to rent. The yacht type and the destination determines the advance payment done at the time of booking. Its generally the half of the total Yacht cost, in other cases it can be an initial payment to confirm the reservation paying an advanced deposit of at least $ 500USD. All prices are quoted in US Dollars and paying with local currency the prices are calculated based on the price of the local currency in Dollars which is quoted on the day of the payments.

Passenger capacity varies from vessel to vessel. Non-certified Yacht can accommodate up to 13 passengers, regardless of the size. The party vessel which are suited for larger groups and dinner cruises are U.S. Coast Guard certified, which determines their capacity. The capacity for each yacht is listed within the specifications table on all vessel pages.

You can pay with many different forms, Cash, Credit Card, Check, Wire Transfer. Payment must be made 48 hours before charter commences.

Yes, we will email you a few menus from restaurants and Gourmet Market for you to browse and circle what you want to order; we will take care of the rest for you. A fee may apply.

Yes, you are allowed, it’s your charter for the day so you may bring whatever you want, we will help you get setup.

Cancellation by charterer (you) for any reason must be received forty-eight (48) Hours prior to the scheduled departure date; otherwise we may assess a thirty (30%) percent of the charter hire agreement as liquidated damages. However, that if we are able to rebook the yacht for all or part of the charter period, we shall refund to Charterer any amount by which the sums received from Charterer (less a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total charter hire and all expenses incurred in arranging the rebooking) and the charter hire received from the substitute charterer for the rebooked dates exceed, in aggregate, the charter hire payable hereunder. If we must cancel, monies paid shall be refunded in full by us to the Charterer.

Yes, we will call a company to do a rendezvous (deliver & pickup) to your charter wherever you are at the moment. You may rent it by the hour. Renting of a jet ski or any type of watercraft is solely possible when chartering one of our yachts. Keep in mind our vessels have jet ski included on the yacht.

Yes, our yacht is insured by owner and our company also carries liability insurance. Owner shall keep the Yacht fully insured for the full term of the charter period. Owner’s insurance policy, however, does not cover Charterer’s protection and indemnity during the term of the charter, and Charterer can take the charge of the coverages if they want. Charterers should not go beyond the owner’s insurance policy. including, without limitation, the navigational limits it imposes.

What should I bring with me for the charter?

To help you pack imagine what you’ll be doing on your charter.

We find that most people generally like to pack swim wear/ bathing suits, comfortable footwear such as gym shoes or sandals, and sunglasses. Soft side luggage is highly recommended, as they will easily fit inside cabin compartments. If anybody in your party is susceptible to seasickness, we would highly recommend having over the counter or prescription medication with you.

If you are a not an American national and chartering in American waters, it is essential that you bring your passport. This is a legal requirement; you will be asked to present your passport if encountered by the US Coast Guard. If you are a US national, a valid driver license or other government issued ID will be required.

Other than the additions we have mentioned, all essentials will be waiting for you once you embark onboard your yacht.

What is the processing fee?

Shedeur Sanders flaunts wealth during luxury yacht trip in Miami before using private jet to return home

The young quarterback is one of the richest players at the college level.

Shedeur Sanders has been spotted flaunting his wealth during a recent trip to Miami. The Colorado quarterback is currently on a 'business trip' in South Florida, getting in plenty of workouts in the Miami heat as he prepares for next season.

Sanders followed father Deion to Colorado and has already impressed after just one season under center in the Rockies. He threw for 27 touchdowns and 3,250 yards in all, with the Buffaloes looking to take big steps forward under Coach Prime .

Ahead of Spring camp getting going in Colorado, on March 18th, Sanders has been catching up on his fitness in Miami along with Miami Hurricanes star Cam Ward and Virginia Tech Hokies QB Kyron Drones .

The trio have been seen training at the Hurricanes' facility as they prepare for the first of their official preparations for the new season.

Sanders has taken a work hard, play hard approach, though, boarding a luxury yacht during his trip to Miami and enjoying some much-deserved leisure time on the famous beach.

Sanders high-dived off the yacht and took part in jet skiing during his day trip.

Returning home in style

Sanders has since left Miami to return to Boulder ahead of Spring Camp getting going. The wealthy college QB got back to the mountains with the use of a private jet, something very few college players can afford.

The future NFL hopeful not only has his father's wealth to call upon, but he has also expanded his own brand throughout the years, and is worth a reported $4.8 million at this early stage in his career.

Flexjet Helicopter at Palm Beach Boat Show, adds Miami helipad

North Miami travelers will now have a dedicated helipad in the latest last-mile move from Flexjet Helicopter.

Flexjet is inviting yachting fans to tour its Sikorsky S-76 super-midsize helicopter at the Palm Beach International Boat Show.

The annual superyacht event runs March 21-24, 2024.

The helicopter will be perched between Dock D and E near the Worth Avenue Yachts display.

There will be a private party for Flexjet owners.

“Yachting and private aviation are a perfect duo, and the Palm Beach International Boat Show provides us with a unique opportunity to showcase our helicopters to a clientele that appreciates finely appointed cabins, dedicated crews, and travel not limited by airport runways,” said Eli Flint, president of Flexjet’s helicopter division.

He added, “Demand for our helicopter service in Florida and the Bahamas is surging, and this event allows us to engage with people who want to learn more about our unique capabilities.”

Last-mile strategy

Flexjet helicopter is part of its last-mile strategy.

The on-demand private helicopter service is available in South Florida, New York, New England, and the U.K.

Flexjet helicopters are complimentary to fractional owners for a limited number of airport transfers within service areas.

Fractional owners can use their fractional shares at an interchange rate to fly additional helicopter trips.

Members of sister jet card seller Sentient Jet also get discounts.

The Sikorsky S-76 helicopters feature multiple redundancy measures, including two certified pilots, dual autopilots, two engines, a four-blade rotor system, and emergency floatation gear built into the helicopter.

According to a press release, “Since Flexjet owns and operates the helicopter fleet, it exercises a level of quality and control in scheduling, staffing, and maintenance that no other private jet firm can offer.”

Last year, Flexjet Helicopter added the Bahamas to its Primary Service Area.

North Bimini is just 25 minutes from Miami’s Opa Locka Executive Airport.

Most recently, Flexjet acquired helicopter access to the Warren Henry Auto Group Parking Garage’s helipad in North Miami.

The helipad is minutes from popular destinations such as Aventura and Sunny Isles.

The helicopter’s maximum travel range is 300 nautical miles or two hours and a half minutes of flight time.
