MAGNA GRECIA Motor yacht for sale

The 63.8m (209.3ft) MAGNA GRECIA has a steel hull and aluminium superstructure built to Bureau Veritas classification and MCA compliance, and delivered in 1986 by the iconic German shipyard Elsflether Werft. Following an award-winning 24-month rebuild and refit that finished in 2019, she is an in-demand, Greek-licensed Burgess charter yacht.

These works included an extension from 58.5m (191.9ft) to her current length to accommodate a new garage area for a large tender and five jetskis. She also received a full repaint, all her machinery was overhauled and she is currently in excellent working condition.

Her sun deck was widened by moving funnels outboard and covered by a new 35sqm (376.7sqft) hardtop. Teak decking was replaced, a Villery & Boch jacuzzi was installed along with a 25sqm (269.1sqft) fully equipped bar. A dayhead with shower was added, jetski deck cranes were removed and nightclub-standard lighting, smoke and sound systems were fitted.

All interiors were fully replaced, new lighting and a Kaleidescape AV system were installed throughout. A large owner’s study was added on the main deck and a folding balcony was built into the owner’s bedroom suite.

The main deck saloon and dining room area also serves as a cinema room for movie nights. On the bridge deck aft a new open-air dining area was created with a table that can be one large table or two smaller tables. The sun lounge aft also suits for casual dining, shaded by all-new awnings.

She welcomes 12 guests in six suites plus an additional luxury pullman berth in the owner’s office. On the main deck the owner’s suite is forward, with his-and-hers en suites and a large walk-in wardrobe, and the VIP suite is aft between the saloon and the owner’s office. The lower deck is home to two convertible suites and two further convertible suites on the bridge deck complete her versatile accommodation. She also sleeps 15 crew to ensure high service levels.

Twin 1,550hp Caterpillar diesel engines give her a top speed of 15 knots, a cruising speed of 14 knots and a range of 6,000nm at her passage speed of 12 knots. As you would expect from a popular charter yacht, she has a wide inventory of tenders and watertoys.

This motor yacht MAGNA GRECIA is a 59 m 193 (foot) notable steel boat which was constructed at Elsflether Werft & Kg and her design is by Sharp Design and Donald Starkey Designs (Redesign). Sleeping 12 passengers and 14 crew members, motor yacht MAGNA GRECIA was formerly Libertad; Puka Puka; Sakura; October Rose. The balanced boat has been brought about from the naval architecture of Sharp Design and Donald Starkey Designs (Redesign). Terence Disdale Design / Donald Starkey Designs (Redesign) acted on her interior design brief.

Construction & Design with respect to Luxury Yacht MAGNA GRECIA

Sharp Design was the naval architecture company involved in the professional superyacht design work for MAGNA GRECIA. Her interior design was realised by Terence Disdale Design / Donald Starkey Designs (Redesign). Sharp Design and Donald Starkey Designs (Redesign) is also associated with the yacht wider design collaboration for this boat. Germany is the country that Elsflether Werft & Kg completed their new build motor yacht in. After her official launch in 1986 in Elsfleth she was passed over to the proud new owner following final finishing. Her hull was crafted from steel. The motor yacht main superstructure is fabricated for the most part from aluminium. With a width of 8.9 m or 29.2 feet MAGNA GRECIA has spacious internal space. A deep draught of 3.51m (11.5ft) determines the list of certain ports she can visit, depending on their individual depth. She had refit maintenance and modification undertaken by 2006.

Fitted with twin CATERPILLAR diesel engines, MAGNA GRECIA can attain a top speed of 16 knots. Coupled to the MAGNA GRECIA engines are twin screw propellers. She also has an efficient range of 5000 miles whilst underway at her cruise speed of 14 knots. Her total HP is 3100 HP and her total Kilowatts are 2530. As for thrusters she was fitted with Jastram. For stabalisers she uses Naiad.

The spacious exterior decks are designed to provide a breathtaking panoramic experience. Sunbathing, lounging and dining are just some of the activities that are available in our spacious outdoor area.

Our upper sun deck area allows for all forms of sensual pleasures whether you decide to sunbathe, lounge, dine, enjoy a refreshing drink or just nap. This comfortable and spacious area is certain to please you.

The newly redone living room area of the M/Y KARMA (refitted in 2019), exhibits a subtle glamour and elegant comfort. It is fully air-conditioned and was created for those who wish to unwind and relax in a comforting and elegant environment on board.

The M/Y KARMA’s dining area is an exquisite and dedicated space to enjoy a fine dining experience.

The newly designed play room is family friendly and appropriate for watching TV or playing your favorite games. It has its own restroom and the sofa can be transformed either into a double or twin bed, depending on your requirements.

Relaxation and privacy are available in the spacious master cabin, which features a queen size bed, sofa, desk and a full entertainment system. The ensuite bathroom is unique with a luxurious bath tub, as well as a shower and separate rooms with their own sink.

The spacious VIP cabin is both elegant and comfortable, with its own ensuite bathroom. Recently redecorated to high standards, this gorgeous and spacious quarter provides our guests the best in privacy and comfort.

Both of the twin cabins have been freshly upgraded and decorated in style. The rooms are very comfortable and conducive to rest and relaxation.

This newly redecorated room can easily accommodate a third guest by using the pullman berth.
