There are three residential lots and two community lots in total. One residential lot is occupied by the Lynx household , while the other two residential lots are unoccupied. The neighborhood also has a lounge , Club Calico and a bar , Salty Paws Saloon.

Club Calico [ ]

"Previously an exclusive yacht club for only the richest citizens of Brindleton Bay, a recent decree by Mayor Whiskers opened up this pool and wedding locale for public use."

Club Calico is a lounge located right next to the main pier, in the more elegant part of the neighborhood. The lot is surrounded by clear white arches and cypress trees, along with a wedding arch towards the ocean, offering a great place to have a wedding . The lounge itself contains bunch of seating, two bathrooms, a piano , a microphone and a bar outside, right in front of a big pool.

Salty Paws Saloon [ ]

"From sailors to spaniels to Scottish folds, the Salty Paws Saloon is a neighborhood staple and a favorite hangout spot for locals, human or otherwise."

Salty Paws Saloon is a two-story bar featuring seating inside and outside, a bar, a small kitchen, and two barbecues on the first floor, with the public bathrooms on the second floor.

Catscratch Cottage [ ]

"Smackdab in the middle of Whiskerman’s Wharf, this modest home is absolutely perfect for someone who can’t get enough of the frenetic felines that hang out by the docks."

Catscratch Cottage is a small, two-story house owned by the Lynx household . The house features a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and one bedroom, with all of them being full of cat related objects. There is also a fenced off yard, including three planter bowls and a trash can.

Ragdoll Refurb [ ]

"Once a part of the pet food cannery next door, this warehouse has since been converted into a stellar two-story home."

Ragdoll Refurb is the only uninhabited house of the neighborhood. It is a fairly modern, two-story building, featuring an open kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On both floors, there is an open roof, walled off section, that on the first floor leads to a small fenced off backyard. In the upstairs there are also two balconies, with one of them having stairs that lead to the ground level.

Tail's End [ ]

"Far from the bustle of the dockyards, this secluded lot still has plenty of that harbor charm (and a beautiful view to boot!)"

Tail's End is the only empty lot in Whiskerman's Wharf. It is located on a hill, overlooking Club Calico.

Dog Adventure [ ]

If you have a dog with the Adventurous trait and click "Go on Adventure", Whiskerman's Wharf is one of the selectable options. If Whiskerman's Wharf is picked, you are able to go to 3 other areas in Whiskerman's Wharf to select:

The Market [ ]

1st outing [ ].

The crowded marketplace is packed with sights and smells. But [Pet name] is only interested in one. They dart between barrels of fish and over some cobblestone streets in pursuit of the scent. [Owner name] just tries to keep up.

Finally, they stop on a balcony overlooking the sea. [Pet name]'s trail has gone cold. [Owner name] pats [Pet name], trying to cheer them up. Next time, they'll return.

2nd outing [ ]

As promised, they return to the pier. A regular at the Salty Paws Saloon recognize [Owner name] and waves. He calls [Owner name] over. Meanwhile, [Pet name] has picked up their trail. A dark blur dashes into towering crates at the unloading docks, and [Pet name] barks wildly after it.

Where should they go?

Option 1: The crates [ ]

[Pet name] takes the lead, dashing after the dark figure, with [Owner name] not far behind. Salt-crusted wooden crates tower increasingly higher above them, until the horizon is lost. At the darkest corner, [Pet name] stops and turns their head straight up. above, a black cat with large yellow eyes is perched on the edge of the crate watching them like a falcon. Is this what they've been chasing?

[Owner name] approaches carefully. They slowly walk forward until they are close enough to touch it, but [Pet name] cannot bear the anticipation any longer and barks in protest. The black cat disappears into the crates, [Pet name] keeps barking at the shadow but [Owner name] knows it's gone. "Forget it [Pet name], it's Whiskerman's Wharf."

Option 2: Salty Paws Saloon [ ]

[Owner name] looks down at their dog, so eager to follow the figure into the crates. Together, they've run past the entire market tracking it down. "Is what we really want at the end of this trail?" ponders [Owner name].

[Owner name] ends his trip sitting on a patio of the Salty Paws Saloon overlooking the sea. Soon [Owner name], the bartender , and twelve bearded fishermen are singing sea shanties , [Pet name] howls along in tune.

The Harbor [ ]

[Pet name] leads them down on a trail down the Windswept hills into the wide open harbor of Whiskerman's Wharf. schooners and skippers docked in soft row bobs gently with the tide. [Owner name] admires the scene but, [Pet name]'s nose is on the ground. Their focus is entirely on a fresh scent of the a trail. [Owner name] follows them through the dock.

Finally, [Pet name] stops at a wooden dock, but whatever boat was there is gone. The Trail's Gone cold. [Owner Name] Promises that They'll return next time

They return to the harbor and pick up the trail where [Pet name]. only this time, there's something there

[Owner name] walks down the harbor to the last boat on dock. it is a tiny blue and white skipper with "Old Lady Sea" written in black on the bow. A tiny door to the cabin is just across the deck, as is a small window. Knocking would be polite, but taking a peak might give [Owner name] More of an Idea what [Pet name] was chasing after

[Owner name] takes three ginger steps onto the deck and knocks on the door. "who's there?" cries a voice from inside. [Owner name] takes a step back as the door opens to reveal an old woman with silvery hair swept in a bun on her head. she's wearing pink horn-ringed glasses and a long floral pink dress. "No Solicitors!"

Before [Owner name] can respond, [Pet name] runs past both of them in through the cabin doors. "What's this!" she yells. "Get your animal off my skipper!" But just as quick, [Pet name] Comes back carrying a cardboard bag of what smells like fish. they darts the woman's legs, off the boat, and back on the harbor. [Owner name]'s dog just committed robbery, so they decides It's a good time to leave. as [Pet Name] and [Owner name] head home, "My trout!" echoes in the distance

Look through the window [ ]

[Owner name] doesn't want to take any chances, and decides to look through the window first. [Pet name] is right at their feet, and gets to the window first. On seeing what's inside [Pet name]'s hair raise and begins to growl. what could be inside? The cabin is so low that [Owner name] has to bend down to get a look.

two green eyes and a set of whiskers is staring back at [Owner name]. A cat with a Sailor's hat is standing on it's hind legs on the drivers seat and two paws on the helm. It blinks, staring at [Owner name] Blankly

Outside, [Owner name] hears the propeller start and the boats begin to back away from the dock. Tearing [Pet name] away from the absurd scene, they both get off the boat. it sails away, cruising off into the horizon.

The Shoals [ ]

[Owner name] in fact has no choice at all. Instead, He is pull forward as [Pet name] race after a scent of in the deep Shoals. They spend their time climbing over tidepools and between jagged rocks. [Pet name] wants to stay and keep searching, but Takes them home. next time, They'll return.

As promised, [Pet name] is returned to their trail along the Shoal. [Pet name] picks up right where they left off, racing among the rusty crags tracking a scent.

On a particularly high rock on the water's edge, [Pet name] stops. their eyes lock on something in the sea. more worrisome to [Owner name], They look like they're about to jump

Should [Owner name] let [Pet name] jump or encourage him to stay on the surface.

Cannonball! [ ]

[Owner name] recoils from the large splash after [Pet name] Makes the jump. as they rubs salt water from their eyes, [Owner Name] bends over the rock to try and locate the his adventurous animal, who has disappeared beneath the water. [Pet name] is nowhere to be seen

Desperately, [Owner name] scans the water surface a dark blur moves just a few feet in front of them. they sigh in relief as it makes it's way towards them. They reaches out their hand to help [Pet name] back up, but instantly it draws back when a furless, wire whiskered head appears in [Pet name]'s place, It's a sea Lion!

[Pet name] pops their head out of the water soon after. it appears the Two have an accord. [Owner name] helps [Pet name] back up to the shoals, and they have to say goodbye to their friend for today.

Keep them back [ ]

There's no telling what sharp rocks lies beneath the dark water's surface, and [Owner name] isn't just willing to take the chance. Time slows down as [Owner name] launches forward and grabs [Pet name] around the middle just as they is mid leap. it is an act of gravity-deifying athleticism that you'd have to see to believe.

[Owner name] is sure to spend the rest of the week reliving how they saved their dog from the rocky depths in a mid air rescue. The Sim who went on the adventure will Receive a Confidence boost

Dog Savior [ ]

For The Sim who went on the adventure will Receive a Confidence boost for 2 hours if Selecting the 'Keep them back' options

Neighborhood amenities [ ]

The main pier of Whiskerman's Wharf.

Whiskerman's Wharf is located on the waterfront, hosting a big pier full of food stalls, picnic tables and various fishing spots, along with boxes and other high areas where cats can jump up to. A special boat is also located in the pier, that Sims can use as a quick access to Deadgrass Isle . A pirate jungle gym for children is also located near the main pier.
