Penned by VYD Studio, the interior is at once modern and stylish. The living quarters are equipped with full-height windows that provide sweeping panoramic views and also let in an abundance of natural light. The decor sees a subtle palette paired with high-end materials and designer furniture. (Hermès cushions and blankets are strewn all over the salon, for instance.) 

With a volume of 464 GT, Gisa feels like a much larger yacht than she actually is, according to IYC. Five luxurious cabins are spread across the decks and can sleep up to 10 guests. Located on the main deck, the full-beam owner features big windows, statement lighting, his and hers walk-ins, and a beautiful en suite. In addition, a full-beam VIP, two doubles, and a twin are positioned on the lower deck.

The exterior decks are nothing to sneeze at, either. The stern is home to an inviting pool and a beach club with folding wings. There are also alfresco dining areas forward and aft for breezy, open-air soirees.

Gisa is one capable cruiser, too. The vessel offers a 2,300 nautical mile range, a cruising speed of 11 knots, and a max speed of 14 knots. She could be used for both global voyages and charter adventures.

“Whether you’re seeking a private escape or a charter-ready investment, Gisa caters to the desires of a business-minded owner,” IWC said in a statement. “With few similar yachts on the market, she presents a rare opportunity to acquire a 2023 build.”

Gisa is listed with global managing partner Filip Jerolimov of IWC’s Croatia Office and priced at a cool $30.2 million (€28 million).

ROSEHEARTY Yacht – Extraordinary $30 Million Superyacht

The 55m yacht is an esteemed Perini Navi sailing yacht and was launched by the Italian shipyard in 2006.

She features timeless interior design from Italian designer Christian Liaigre. The sailing yacht is the best boat to sail to incredible destinations throughout the world in unmatched luxury.

The interior design of the ROSEHEARTY was penned by  Christian Liaigre , a renowned interior designer and architect. The design is sophisticated and elegant with modern technology.

There are accommodations for 12 guests in a full-beam master suite featuring a king-sized bed.

The rest of the accommodation consists of two VIP staterooms with queen beds, two doubles, and a single room with a Pullman berth. She can carry ten crew members on board.

A magnificent deck offers many areas for lounging and enjoying the sunshine. The aft section features a Jacuzzi in front.

The ROSEHEARTY yacht features a child-friendly setup and is great for families to enjoy a sailing experience.

The yacht also features a gym with new equipment, and there is a range of toys and accessories onboard.

On the port side, there is also a swimming platform. The yacht has all the features and amenities that make for a luxury cruise across the oceans.

The ROSEHEARTY yacht was built by the luxury yacht builder Perini Navi , an Italian shipyard based in Viareggio.

She is a sister ship to earlier BURRASCA and SANTA MARIA. ROSEHEARTY was delivered in 2006 and refitted in the Perini shipyard in 2014 when the owner purchased her.

The hull and superstructure of the ROSEHEARTY are both aluminum. She features two sailing masts that contribute to her striking exterior.

The 56m sailing yacht has a combination of a white hull with long lines, smooth curves, and black tinted windows that wrap around the vessel. 

Ron Holland contributed to the design of the hull lines. In 2016, the boat returned to the Perini shipyard to prepare for the Northwest Passage.

This passage is the route between the Pacific and Atlantic through the Arctic ocean.

The flybridge cover was replaced with a new one to prevent falling ice from penetrating it. New super-strong lights and night vision equipment were fitted for spotting icebergs in the water.

The ROSEHEARTY yacht has a length of 55.7m, a beam of 11.5, and a draft of 9.73m. The ROSEHEARTY is one of the largest sailing yachts in the world, with a volume of 499 gross tons.

She is one of the fasted Perini yachts, with a top speed of 18 knots. Her cruising speed of 13 knots is thanks to 2 Deutz engines and her sails.

She has a range of 3600 nautical miles and has sailed worldwide, from the Galapagos Islands to the Patagonian fjord to icebergs in Antarctica.

Billionaire fights to dock his boat on water behind his house. His 164-foot boat, that is.

The love of the water, and a mega-yacht to enjoy it, is putting one resident at odds with village of north palm beach leaders..

For some people, the ultimate Florida lifestyle is a waterfront house , a private dock and a boat parked next to it. But what if that boat is a mega-yacht , and the mega-yacht stretches 164 feet?

That's the conundrum facing the Village of North Palm Beach.

This tiny community in northern Palm Beach County, with only 13,000 full-time residents, has an identity so tied to the water that a ship's steering wheel is the village's emblem.

But it's that love of the water that is putting one resident at odds with village leaders.

For the past several years, homeowner Michael Bozutto has been battling the village for the right to park his 164-foot Westport, dubbed Honey, behind a home he owns at 932 Shore Drive.

The house, built in 1961, is a one-story, ranch-style property with three bedrooms on a half-acre lot. Bozzuto paid $840,247 for the house in 2014, according to Palm Beach County property records.

Lawsuit rooted in dispute over where to dock mega-yacht

What makes this plain house special is its location. It's on a rare corner bordered on the north and east by navigable waters that provide access to the Atlantic Ocean via the Lake Worth Inlet. The east-facing dock is large enough to accommodate Bozzuto's motor yacht.

Since Bozutto bought Honey for an undisclosed sum a decade ago, he mostly has parked it at the Old Port Cove Marina, near Tiger Woods' 155-foot showy mega-yacht, ironically dubbed Privacy.

More recently, Bozzuto has wanted to park Honey alongside his Shore Drive house, one of four houses he owns in the village. While Bozzuto keeps some personal property at the Shore Drive house, he lives at a house he owns at Harbour Isles Court.

Village officials warned Bozzuto he can't park Honey at 932 Shore Drive because boats can only be parked on docks behind houses that are occupied by the homeowner.

But village rules do not define the word "occupied." For instance, the rules do not state that occupied means the house is a residence where the owner lives. Village rules also contain no restrictions on the size of boats that can be kept at private docks.

After years of pushing back against what he believes are fuzzy rules, Bozzuto in March filed a lawsuit against the village.

He alleged the municipality is illegally depriving him of his property rights because nothing in the village code prevents him from mooring Honey at his house. He is asking a Palm Beach County Circuit Court judge to rule that he has a constitutional right to dock Honey there.

Gregory Coleman, Bozzuto's West Palm Beach attorney, said the village has plenty of waterfront homes with yachts parked behind them. But Coleman said the village is illegally blocking Bozzuto from docking Honey at his house because the village is bending to pressure from a handful of neighbors who think the boat is too big.

The selective enforcement is wrong, said Coleman, a former president of the Florida Bar.

"He's a very under-the-radar guy who doesn't cause anybody any problems," Coleman said of Bozzuto. "He pays his property taxes, and he wants to be left alone by the village of North Palm Beach. Unfortunately, they are singling Mike out."

Neither Leonard Rubin, the village's longtime attorney, nor Village Manager Chuck Huff responded to requests for comment.

Eric Stettin, a Fort Lauderdale-based attorney who is representing the village in the Bozzuto lawsuit, said he could not comment on pending litigation.

What good is a man's castle if he can't have a boat in his moat?

Coleman's lawsuit describes the conflict as a battle over property rights, but real estate and yachting experts say it's also a sign of the times.

As wealthy new residents pour into the county wanting all the perks of the Sunshine State, they want a boat to go along with their waterfront homes and golf club memberships. Some longtime residents fear Palm Beach County is turning into a playground for billionaires, to the detriment of everyday people who also want to live in sunshine and peace.

This conflict between Old Florida and new money is an ever-present tension, but even seasoned yacht brokers say they've never seen interest in luxury yachts quite as strong as it is now.

"What we've seen in the marketplace right after COVID in the yachting industry, and especially the superyacht segment, is the most incredible growth ever seen in the history of yachting to date," said Shannon McCoy, a luxury yacht advisor and broker with Worth Avenue Yachts in Palm Beach.

"A lot of people are moving here with serious money," added Pascal Savoy, U.S. managing director of Camper & Nicholsons International yacht brokers in Fort Lauderdale.

While in the past Palm Beach County was not considered lively enough for some buyers, Savoy said the county's growing sophistication is putting it on the map in a way never seen before.

"It's a mini-Monaco for us," Savoy said.

Prices for mega-yachts can range from $18 million to $60 million, or many times that, for the largest and most decked-out mega-yachts, Savoy said.

While some yachts can be glitzy, a 164-foot Westport is considered a more low-profile boat, Savoy added.

Michael Bozzuto's interests: Houses, boats and philanthropy

Bozzuto is no newcomer to North Palm Beach. He's been a resident of the village for 20 years.

He is the billionaire owner of a family-owned supermarket wholesaler in Connecticut, and an investor and philanthropist who likes to collect houses and yachts, Coleman said.

In addition to the four North Palm Beach houses and several yachts he owns, Bozzuto in February paid a whopping $31.1 million for a house in the Town of Palm Beach Shores. The house, which has two docks, sits just north of the Palm Beach/Lake Worth Inlet.

Coleman said there is plenty of room for other boaters to navigate the waterway when Honey is parked at the Shore Drive house in North Palm Beach. And while other people may not have as large a yacht, there are other sizeable yachts parked on docks behind other North Palm Beach homes, too, he added.

At a 2017 village council meeting, then-Mayor Darryl Aubrey commented on the issue, according to the complaint.

"When I didn't live here full time, I had a boat sitting in my dock, I was gone nine months of the year. I don't see how you can say that someone has to be in a residence year-round, seems to be some interpretation of occupant, there would be an enormous number of violations," Aubrey said.

Another member of the village council asked if the village had a definition now, the complaint said.

Rubin, the village attorney, replied: "No, we don't," according to the lawsuit.

Palm Beach County's waterways run deep, and they are popular

The yacht docking dispute is particularly timely, given the scarcity of dock space for boats of all sizes.

The most convenient place to park a boat is on the water behind a house, brokers say. But not every waterway or channel can accommodate the draft, or depth, of a mega-yacht.

However, the dock behind Bozzuto's Shore Drive house can.

Not only is the Westport not known for its deep hulls, but the waterway also is typical of northern Palm Beach County, which boasts deep water and easy access to the ocean via the Lake Worth Inlet, said Coleman, a lifelong boater.

"In Palm Beach County, they have deeper water, and it allows people to have larger yachts," Savoy agreed.

But not every waterway is deep enough for every boat.

McCoy said she specializes in helping advise potential yacht owners about the county's varied water depths before they buy a house, if they plan to dock their yacht behind it.

If yacht owners don't have a private dock, the other option is a marina. But marina space is hard to find, with many dock berths reserved for months in advance, McCoy said.

Despite the challenges of owning a boat and finding a place to dock it, yacht brokers say demand continues.

They see interest continuing from business executives moving here with their families as they relocate their companies to Palm Beach County. There's also a growing demand for yachts among female buyers, McCoy added.

They also see younger mega-yacht buyers, some even in their early 30s. This is in sharp contrast to the mostly older buyers in the past, Savoy said.

Palm Beach County may not be as go-go as Miami-Dade County when it comes to showy ships, but if interest continues, "it's coming," Savoy said. "You're going to attract bigger yachts."

Put another way: "No one needs a boat, but everyone needs a boat," McCoy said. "It's the ultimate lifestyle."

W hen you think of owning a yacht, you probably assume such a luxury is reserved for billionaires . However, there are ways that a middle-class individual can afford something like a yacht, not to mention a bevy of other luxury goods.

First things first, ‘yacht’ is actually a broad term. The largest, most expensive options are called megayachts, but plenty of other smaller options don’t rise to that level of cost. There are quite a few types of yacht classifications based on the purpose, including sailing, explorer/expedition, sports, sport fishers or cruisers. When it comes to thinking about them in terms of cost, the size is generally the primary consideration. You’ll sometimes find these terms merged or used interchangeably, but generally, there are mega yachts, superyachts, large yachts, mid-size yachts and small yachts.

The largest yachts reach lengths over 50 meters and carry a price tag of as much as $600 million, give or take. So, what should you consider that’s not a superyacht?

The smallest ones sport less ostentatious designs and a lack of space for a jacuzzi but can get as low as $500,000 — certainly not cheap, but much more obtainable when speaking relatively. You’ll still benefit from day cruises on the open ocean. Selecting an older, used model is the best way to keep that price as low as possible. For example, there’s the  Ciao Bella 2006 Sunseeker . It’s roughly 15 meters long, sports three cabins and goes for $500,000.

The same principle applies to affording other ‘billionaire items’ where you’ll scale things down without losing the spirit of whatever you’re looking for. Take household staff, for instance, where the image that comes to mind is a massive mansion with a team of maids, cooks, gardeners and more. That’s probably out of range of the average middle-class person. Scale it down to perhaps one staff member, a butler or a housekeeper and you’ll pay around $40,000-$100,000 rather than close to $1 million or more. While most middle-class households don’t have a butler or housekeeper, this is far more doable than having an entire staff. 

Billionaires also buy things like expensive paintings or islands. Oracle founder Larry Ellison purchased a 90,000-acre Hawaiian island for $300 million. Suddenly, a 1-acre island for $500,000 seems much less impossible. Keep applying this idea of scaling things down to fit your lifestyle, do all you can to perfect your credit rating and available credit, consider pooling resources or renting your asset out from time to time, and you’ll find yourself able to afford things you never could.

Rolls-royce debuts yacht-inspired car with shock $30 million price tag.

Rolls-Royce unveiled an open-topped, 1930s yacht-inspired extremely limited-edition model on Monday with a price tag to match a large and luxurious pleasure craft.

The Rolls-Royce La Rose Noire Droptail reimagines the carmaker’s typical four-seat sedan as a two-seat roadster — and is expected to run auto aficionados more than $30 million.

Though an exact price isn’t listed, other cars in Rolls-Royce’s coachbuilt line sell for about $28 million. However, the Droptail — of which there will be just four created — costs more to make, a company spokesperson confirmed to Bloomberg .

The Droptail features a low-slung exterior and a crimson interior that draws inspiration from the French Black Baccara rose, which the commissioning owners — thought to be a husband-and-wife duo heading up a prominent family — said is “beloved by the mother,” hence its “La Rose Noire” name.

Inside, the car’s dashboard utilizes over 1,600 pieces of black sycamore wood trim veneer cut into symmetrical triangles and arranged with pops of red designed to mimic rose petals scattering in the wind.

There’s also a champagne storage compartment that stores a bottle of bubbly from the commissioning family’s own vineyard, and a custom Audemars Piguet watch is mounted into the dash but also can be removed and worn.

A timepiece by the Swiss watchmaker alone could cost tens of thousands of dollars. It’s most popular model, the Royal Oak, runs for about $26,200 on Audemars Piguet’s website .

There’s just three buttons on the dashboard, which is minimalist compared to its other vehicles, along with control hazard lights and other quick-control tasks.

The rest of the car’s controls are hidden away in the center console.

The Black Baccara rose also inspires the car’s exterior, which comes in a decadent red hue dubbed “True Love” that Rolls-Royce said took 150 iterations to perfect.

The Droptail’s silhouette comes in at 17 feet long by 6.5 feet wide, smaller that Rolls-Royce’s highly-anticipated, first-ever electric vehicle, which is set to debut by the end of this year for $420,000.

From the back, the Droptail’s lower-to-the-ground construction evokes the figure of a sailing yacht, while the front of the car boasts Rolls-Royce’s well-known Pantheon-style grille.

However, “in a discreet flourish, the reverse surface of the grille’s vanes are painted in ‘True Love’ — a subtle detail that is only visible by way of indirect reflection,” according to the British carmaker.

Aside from the fact that the Droptail is Rolls-Royce’s first two-seater in 100 years, the company said the new model has the most complex construction the luxury carmaker has had since its founding in 1906.

“Its assembly required such intense concentration that the single craftsperson tasked with creating it would only work in one-hour sessions for no more than five hours per day, ensuring they possessed the concentration required for perfect execution,” the company explained.

In total, one Droptail takes “nine months of flawless craftsmanship” to complete, it added.

Rolls-Royce has not revealed any of the Droptail’s performance figures, though it’s powered by the 6.75-Liter V12 engine that’s also under the hood of Rolls-Royce’s Ghost and Phantom models, which can each accelerate to 60 mph in 4.6 seconds.

Representatives for Rolls-Royce did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment.

• Four Seasons says it will begin sailing an  ultra-luxury yacht cruise in January 2026.
• The 222-guest vessel would have 95 spacious suites and 11 dining options — but food wouldn't be free.
• The largest suite would have four floors and bedrooms, a spa, and a price of $350,000 per sailing.

Four Seasons plans to expand its high-end hotels and resorts portfolio with a luxury 222-guest cruise ship.

The company says the 95-suite vessel will debut in January 2026 and cost a minimum of $20,000 per weeklong sailing.

For that price, the luxury hospitality giant says travelers would enjoy a one-to-one guest-to-staff ratio and massive suites spanning as many as four floors. If all goes as planned, the 679-foot-long Four Seasons I could become one of the most expensive and opulent options in the cruise industry.

The ultra-plush 14-deck Four Seasons I is scheduled for 19 voyages in 2026 to more than 130 Caribbean and Mediterranean ports.

Reservations opened two weeks ago. Those interested can register to join a waitlist or book through a travel agent.

So far, "sales have been very encouraging, and the demand is exciting to see," Thatcher Brown, chief commercial officer and head of joint operations for Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings, told Business Insider in a statement. The company is a joint owner and operator of Four Seasons Yachts.

Renderings make the Four Seasons I look as opulent as the brand's land-based properties.

Four Seasons says its vessel will have 95 suites ranging from 537 to 9,975 square feet, some with three bedrooms.

The smallest suite starts at $19,700 for a five-night roundtrip voyage to Athens, Greece.

No windowless interior cabins here: Like other ultra-luxe cruises, the suites would all have terraces and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Customers could expect upscale amenities like a walk-in closet, down-filled duvets and pillows, and marble dual vanity bathrooms, per Four Seasons.

The most premium suites would also feature additional accommodations for "personal assistants," such as au pairs or security personnel.

Some options, like the 7,952-square-foot Loft Suite, could be adjoined with seven other cabins to accommodate up to 20 people.

Without connecting cabins, the Loft Suite would already have three bedrooms and bathrooms, a powder room, and a sauna.

Others, like the largest Funnel Suite, would have its own spa and kitchen.

Four Seasons says the 9,975-square-foot mansion, partially perched in the ship's glass-lined funnel , will span four floors, four bathrooms, three bedrooms, and three powder rooms.

Not to mention the private elevator, pool, and $350,000-a-voyage price tag.

Accommodations of this price and size are generally unheard of in the cruise industry.

Luxury operator Silversea says the largest suite on its upcoming 728-guest Silver Ray will be 1,324 square feet. Competitor Regent Seven Seas' new Seven Seas Grandeur debuted in 2023 with a more expansive six-guest 4,443-square-foot option.

Both suites' sizes and prices — Regent's starts at $42,000 per person for a total of $252,000 at maximum occupancy — would be stunted by Four Seasons' promise of a 9,975-square-foot, $350,000 floating mansion.

But cabins with six-digit prices aren't unheard of.

While not a luxury cruise line, Royal Caribbean's popular three-floor townhouse on the new Icon of the Seas is being booked at an average of $100,000 a week — although it's about four times smaller than Four Seasons' largest.

Royal Caribbean and other mass-market cruise lines are beloved, in part, for their unlimited complimentary food options.

Regent Seven Seas' all-inclusive fare also covers caviar, foie gras, and Champagne.

But don't expect any of these to be free on the Four Seasons I.

Breakfast would be complimentary. Lunch, dinner, and booze would not.

The vessel's 11 restaurants and lounges would be priced similarly to Four Seasons' on-land properties. (A dinner entrée at its resort on the Caribbean island of Nevis — also one of the ship's destinations — ranges from $34 to $163.)

The pricing structure may sound odd to most cruise traditionalists. (Hey, at least WiFi would be "free.")

But some of the ship's amenities could look familiar: Like most cruise liners, the Four Seasons I would have a pool, spa, and clubs for children and teens.

The company also promises a lounge and marina that will open onto the water, giving guests direct access to activities like snorkeling or windsurfing.

Four Seasons Yachts plans to take delivery of its $399 million vessel, now being built by famed Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, in late 2025.

A second Fincantieri-built ship would join the hospitality company's fleet the following year. The next vessel would cost more than 400 million euros, about $429.2 million, Four Seasons says.

This isn’t Four Seasons' first foray into itinerary-based vacations.

The company has also found "tremendous success" in its private jet-based "cruises," Alejandro Reynal, the president and CEO of Four Seasons, told BI in a statement.

Its 2024 vacation-by-air itineraries started at $135,000 for a 16-day Asia tour. Demand has been growing, he said, "signaling that luxury travelers are looking for immersive, exclusive, end-to-end travel journeys that allow them to explore the world with their favorite brands."

But its new ultra-luxe cruise arm would be entering an increasingly crowded luxury market, soon to be dominated by like-minded hospitality giants.

High-end Aman Resorts and Orient Express plan to launch their own luxury cruises in 2027 and 2026, respectively.

Staying ahead of the competition, Ritz-Carlton debuted its first 149-suite Evrima yacht cruise in 2021, with a second 224-cabin ship scheduled to begin sailing later this year. Its least expensive itinerary is currently $5,100 per person for a six-night voyage from Barbados to Puerto Rico in early 2025.
