“This is really a pocket megayacht with all the contents and equipment that you may find on a much bigger yacht,” Cutolo told Robb Report via email. “The intention of the yard was to look directly to the North European and Italian competition.”

Showcasing a steel full-displacement hull and an aluminum superstructure, Bee is sturdy yet lightweight and efficient. The vessel has an impressive fuel capacity, meaning long-range expeditions are a cinch. It is also equipped with zero-speed stabilizers that ensure smoothness on the high seas. As for grunt, twin Caterpillar engines capable of producing 715 hp result in a top speed of 13 knots and a range of 4,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 12 knots.

The interior, styled by Michele Dragoni of Dragoni Design Lab, features expansive windows, light oak floors, and white lacquered ceilings, which collectively create a bright and airy feel. The layout includes a full-beam owner’s suite on the main deck, four staterooms on the lower deck, and crew quarters for up to six crew. The living quarters also offer multiple lounges and dining areas.

The exterior decks are adorned with even more lounges, with plush seating gracing the upper decks and the bow. The aft deck centers around a striking infinity Jacuzzi that offers sweeping views of the ocean and beyond. Further aft lies a swim platform with direct access to the sea. Another exterior highlight is the crane, which can be used to deploy and retrieve toys and tenders.

The best part? Bee is currently for sale with Ocean Independence , with an asking price of about $16.8 million (€15.3 million).

Yacht Club's New Summer Menu Now Available

The Yacht Club has captured the essence of summer with new lunch, dinner and drinks menus that showcase the best flavors of the season.

The new menus feature a variety of soups, appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees, including gluten-free and vegan items. They include new offerings as well as fan favorites such as fish and chips, jumbo soft pretzel with crab dip, the Cowboy burger, Crab Cobb salad and the Yacht Club Club sandwich.

New menu items include:

Fried Calamari - Flash-fried with yellow peppers, parmesan cheese and garlic aioli

Buffalo Brussels - Flash-fried with red onion, blue cheese crumbles, and tossed in a house-made Buffalo sauce

Crispy Pork Belly - Sweet and spicy crispy pork belly over a pineapple and broccoli slaw

Mussels - French-style in a garlic, shallot and Dijon white wine broth with parsley and baguettes

Salad Sampler - House-made tuna salad, shrimp salad and chicken salad served with celery and crackers

Music and concerts, subscriber only, music and concerts | minnesota yacht club festival will return in 2025 with an added third day of music, red hot chili peppers, gwen stefani and alanis morissette drew about 70,000 fans to the inaugural event.

Promoters announced the news on social media Tuesday morning, but shared few details beyond the dates and an online link to book hotel rooms during the festival.

In a statement issued to the Pioneer Press, promoter/producer Tim Sweetwood said: “We were very happy with the inaugural festival this year. Our team has continued to work closely with St. Paul city officials and collectively determined expanding into a third day made a lot of sense. We are thrilled to return with an all-new lineup July 18-20, 2025, and will continue to highlight the arts and people of Minnesota.”

Red Hot Chili Peppers, Gwen Stefani and Alanis Morissette headlined the first Minnesota Yacht Club Festival, which drew about 70,000 concertgoers across two days. It was the first major rock and pop music festival on Harriet Island since 2012’s River’s Edge Music Festival, which Live Nation promised would become an annual event but bailed on after losing money in its first year.

Austin, Texas, promoters C3 Presents staged the Yacht Club festival, which faced a few obstacles, including on-site flooding in June and the last-minute cancellation of the Black Crowes “due to an illness in the band.” Some concertgoers complained about food and drink prices, and long lines, but in terms of getting in and around the site, the infrastructure and general vibe, C3’s experience in mounting festivals became quite clear by late afternoon on opening day .

While Live Nation owns 51 percent of C3, the company apparently is allowed to follow its own path. It has found success with similar festivals around the country, including Austin City Limits Music Festival, Voodoo Music + Arts Experience and the modern-day Lollapalooza.

In a Pioneer Press interview prior to the Yacht Club festival, St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter compared the event to the Frozen Four and the World Junior Hockey Championship and said: “I think when it comes to attracting winning events of national and global importance and significance, we’re doing as well as we ever have as a city and getting people to choose St. Paul.”

Concertgoers should expect a slow roll out of details over the next year, likely starting with early bird tickets going on sale later in 2024 and a lineup announced in the new year.

The outside anchorage can get a bit turbulent during southeast winds. The club is also considering expanding the marina in the coming years to accommodate more vessels. The marina features 150 berths, providing ample space for visiting yachts and sailboats. The berths include bow/stern moorings and floating docks, suitable for various boat sizes and types. The marina can accommodate boats up to 150 feet in length. Vessels with drafts up to 15 feet can safely dock here. Each berth is equipped with essential amenities including:

A restaurant and bar are located in the Clubhouse. The Tackle Shop, located right next to L.P. Marine, is a haven for fishing enthusiasts.
