Spa Palmera is reserved exclusively for Club members and resort guests and is not available to the public.

To protect the tranquil nature of the Spa and its environment, guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Spa facilities. This includes the Private Spa Pool, sundeck, Ritual Baths, and locker facilities.

ARRIVAL TIME

Guests are encouraged to arrive thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of their service to allow for a leisurely arrival experience. Guests wishing to go directly into their treatment and bypass locker rooms are welcome to do so and should arrive no later than five (5) minutes prior to the start of their service.

AILMENTS, DISABILITIES, OR ALLERGIES

Please notify Spa Palmera’s Concierge of any ailments, disabilities, or allergies when making your reservation, and notify your therapist of the same information at the time of treatment.

MOBILE PHONES

Mobile phones may not be used in locker rooms, treatment rooms, Ritual Baths, or Great Hall.

For your convenience, an automatic 20% Gratuity is added to each service and distributed in full to your service provider. You may choose to add or adjust based upon your discretion.

Personal Belongings

We kindly request that you keep your personal belongings to a minimum for your spa/salon visit. Spa Palmera is not responsible for guest belongings, and we request that all guests leave their valuables at home or in the safe in their hotel accommodations.

Indoor Spa Amenities

Indoor amenities include Inhalation, Sauna, Steam room, showers, and Ritual Baths. Guests may also enjoy access to Great Hall, lockers, locker lounges and restrooms.

Pool Access

Pool access is exclusive to guests having spa treatments. Guests cannot reserve lounge chairs and usage is based on first come, first served basis. As a courtesy to fellow spa guests, lounge chairs cannot be held while guest(s) are receiving their spa treatment.

Personal Care Amenities

Guests will be given a robe and slippers for use throughout their spa visit. Personal care amenities are available upon request with the Spa Attendant.

Cleansing Ritual

Guests are requested to shower prior to their spa service.

Cancellation Policy

We strictly adhere to the Spa Palmera cancellation policy. If you must change or cancel an appointment, please advise us 12 hours in advance to avoid being charged 100% of the scheduled service. Parties of 6 or more guests and package bookings are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Spa/ Salon Health Measures & Procedures

EPA Compliance: All spa/salon tools, containers, and all surfaces are cleaned frequently with an EPA-registered disinfectant.

All guests receiving a spa or salon service are required to complete a waiver prior to their spa service. A digital waiver will be sent once a reservation is confirmed. Guests must complete  this waiver  prior to their visit. This may be completed the day prior, but no later than the morning of your service. Services will not be performed without a completed waiver.

Service is 1/10. Absolutely horrible. Management doesn't care. !!! Facility is run down in spa. Pool area. Feels like a Motel 6.

The Boca Raton Resort features five properties, each offering distinctly unique style & accommodations. Guests of the 5 properties have access to all amenities including many exciting restaurants, a notable spa, golf, racquet/tennis club, etc. Overall the Spanish Colonial architecture of the original buildings, and acres of rolling lawns, private patios, create spaces to reflect, relax and be transported to an age of pampered comfort. The water taxi ( transports guests to & from the harbourside to the shimmering Sandy beach! A convenient shuttle transports guests to all activities as well. There are too many amenities to name, that will entertain your every vacation need. Multiple Restaurants & lounges, offer many options for dining with their own unique experience. We were guests at The Yacht Club, with views of Lake Boca , on the harbor side. We found our room to be styled in a soothing nautical color palette. Blues in varied patterns, with crisp clean soft whites and neutral tones. Beautiful king size bed w/ wing-back style headboard. The room is aesthetically pleasing and functional. A nod to the nautical without being obvious. There are many thoughtful organized storage spaces! Just unpack & enjoy! The SPA offers the largest number of treatment rooms and unique treatments by a very professional staff! The setting will transport you to the exotic Moroccan- Spanish Ambiance After enjoying the many amenities, It was always a pleasure, to return to our bright clean room. Enjoying all the spaces offered on this property took a few days of exploring. I loved The Flamingo Grill, we dined there twice! Our wait staff, in particular Michael & Scott were awesome. They made spot-on recommendations and we enjoyed their high level of service as well. Other options are: Sadelle's, The Monkey Bar, Palm Court ( lounge ) Maison Rosé ( chocolatier), Marisol ( beachside favorite of mine for lunch ) with crystal blue views of the expansive beach! Overall, an awesome place to vacation or to attend a business or personal event.

This is truly a lovely resort, the decor is over the top. Classy, clean, and well maintained. The food at the pools are amazing. It's pricey, but worth it. You will feel like royalty staying here.

Wow, wow, wow! Just got back after spending a few days there for the first time. Everyone is extremely helpful and pleasant. Everyone there always has a smile on their faces to share with you! The grounds are beautifully kept. The service is exquisite.

Oh my lord. I have died and hopefully gone to heaven because it can't get much better than this. My mom and I went for a last minute girls trip / mother daughter weekend to escape and spend time together in early March and it was the most relaxing stay in Boca , ever. We'd booked a room and flights after the resort we usually stay in appeared to be sold out and this was SUCH a delight!! My parents used to bring my family here when we were younger but it's been years since we've been. They just finished renovating the yacht club and when we checked in the concierge told us about an upgrade for purchase available where we could stay in the yacht club on the Commodore Club Floor. Commodore club lounge -- Brunch was fabulous and I could have stayed there all day. There was so much food and the staff was impeccable -- they were so attentive without being overwhelmingly present. This place knows service. The commodore club also has Chef tastings & hors-devours & cocktail hours in the lounge areas and they are all fabulous and fun! Rooms -- Upon arrival there were already Drinks in rooms and a well stocked minibar and the Room service was prompt and accommodating! The Beds were so comfortable I could have slept forever Maid service / switch on the door made it so easy to let the house keeping staff know when we were ready and made it so much easier so no one was knocking on the door while we were still sleeping. The guest rooms Had awesome closets so our stuff wasn't spilling over. The bathrooms had Massive soaking tubs which was incredibly relaxing and they had Beautiful bathroom lighting -- I'm so picky about this-- the Products in bathroom were amazing, and they provided Tons of towels (I'm always that person calling for extra towels) upon arrival which was so appreciated. Our room also had a Beautiful view from the balcony over looking the yacht marina! Spa -- Lunch at the spa was Delicious and there were so many choices!! Massage -- released ALL of my tension, my goodness!!!! I had an incredibly kind and skillful gentleman as my masseuse. I'd originally booked a relaxation but he did a deep tissue massage after noticing all of the tension in my body. He released it after some work on my hips and lower back and I have never felt better and showed me some ways to release tension from my hips using massage techniques and pressure points so it doesn't get that tense again. He was so incredible I wanted him to come home to Tennessee with me! The Facial was so relaxing I seriously fell asleep. I got s hydrafacial with a couple add on services and was glorious! We cannot wait to come back! A first class experience that my mom and I thoroughly enjoyed on our girls weekend get away!

SUMMARY: DON'T SNEEZE OR YOU MIGHT GET KICKED OUT. GOD FORBID YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. I am sorry to have to write, that I am deeply offended at how I was treated on December 31, 2021 at the Spa, by the Director of the Spa and involved staff. I was told to leave in the middle of my services because Vanessa Carta, Director of the Spa, said I "sounded nasally". This decision to remove me from the spa was made due to fears brought on by COVID. I did not have COVID that day or any day since. She is not a medical professional to make such a determination with regards to my health, I signed the spa waiver that day indicating that I did not have any of the symptoms listed within the document. I was in shock and embarrassed when I left, that is why I did not protest at the time. I left in tears and was upset by this for days later. I had to collect my composure and go to a nail salon up the street to finish the services I had started at the salon. That day, I called Member Services, left a message about the incident. Someone did call back that day, said they would investigate & get back to me. I waited a week, no response, and finally called back. Shari Fiore helped me reach her Director, Alina Barba. She returned my call 2 days later & I explained what happened. She apologized, issued a $100 credit to my account since I had to go to another salon to finish services. The money is not the point. My issue is, I asked for the Director of the Spa, the individual who kicked me out, because I sounded nasally, to apologize to me directly. An apology from Alina means nothing, she was not involved. Alina said that I would receive an apology, but that it would not be right away because Vanessa Carta is so busy. Vanessa was not too busy to personally ask me to leave the spa that day, yet it has been 1 month since this incident occurred and I have not heard one word, any response, or any attempt by Vanessa to contact me to apologize and make things right. I have since had to go to the salon since I have hair services there every 3 weeks, and I'm sure my case was discussed because the staff is now walking on eggshells around me, which does not make me feel any better. I deserve a direct (not email) apology from Vanessa Carta for the humiliation she and her staff put me through that day. If she is too busy to accommodate this, I see what kind of resort this has become, with lower standards and no drive for excellence. I mentioned this experience to my friend, also a member and she said that she would be offended. I also mentioned this to my friends who are thinking about becoming members, and they could not believe that I would be treated this way, and are curious as to the outcome, because the way this is handled, is the way that you, as the President, is reflected through your staff, and how you treat your members. In an article I read, in this link https://www.bocamag.com/the-boca-interview-daniel-hostettler/ you state the importance of hospitality and that you spend 3-4 hours a day meeting individually with your managers to make sure they understand what the vision is and where "you're" going. I hope that that vision includes respecting people in general. I was treated wrongly, I feel as though I am being ignored and avoided by Vanessa Carta, instead of addressing me directly. All I wanted was a nice day at the spa on New Year's Eve, getting pampered after arriving home the same morning at 2:00AM EST due to a delayed flight from Montana and -14 degree weather. What I received that day was not hospitality.
