• If a client wishes to use private marinas the costs can vary from 300 and up to 500 €/night.
• Tips are not included in the price of the charter and are a voluntary way of showing appreciation for a good service. Usually, it is 7% to 15% of the charter price, according to your satisfaction, paid to the captain at the end of the charter and distributed equally by the captain to the rest of the crew.

Additional Motorized Water Sports:

• Zephyria II has water skiing, wakeboard, and Ringo ride which is charged for the fuel used according to clients usage.

Other Options on request:

• Airport transfers, diving schools recommendations, guided land tours, restaurant bookings, bike rentals, hotel recommendations, spa recommendations, ...

How does the charter agreement work?

Once your chosen yacht has been confirmed, we will send you a standard MYBA or Goolets charter agreement that needs to be signed. If your chosen cruise route requires a different embarking or disembarking place other than the yacht's central harbor, delivery/redelivery fees may apply.

What are the payment terms?

After signing the MYBA or Goolets charter agreement, a deposit of 50% of the total charter cost is required. You can pay the fee via bank transfer or credit card (only Visa or MasterCard). The other 50%, an Advance Provisioning Allowance (if applicable), taxes, positioning fees, and any previously agreed charges are payable via bank transfer eight weeks before departure.

What are the actual operating expenses?

Once you made the final payment of the charter, you pay the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA). Under MYBA terms, this fee is usually between 30% - 40% of the total charter cost.

This covers the operating expenses of a charter (explained under Charter Terms), such as fuel, food, drinks, port fees, and ad hoc incidentals. The APA is given to the captain before the start of your charter. Some yachts and gulets also offer food/drinks packages which are normally paid in cash during embarkation, while the port taxes are paid during embarkation according to the costs presented by the captain. The Captain ensures that the yacht is fully fuelled and stocked when you step on board. 

While an up-to-date summary of accounts can be requested at any time during your charter, a full set of accounts will normally be submitted by your captain at the end of the cruise. 

In case of surpassing the amount of money already paid during your yacht charter (with the APA), additional funds (in cash) will be required at once. If there is an outstanding balance from the yacht charter, it should be settled in cash or by bank transfer before you disembark. In case of a remaining credit at the end of your charter, you will be fully reimbursed. 

If a transfer by car to and from the yacht is required, it can be arranged either by the charter company or by the yacht’s captain, payment for which will be deducted from your APA.

How can we make your yacht charter personalized?

To ensure a unique and tailor-made charter experience, we will send you a detailed questionnaire eight weeks before you embark on your yacht. You can tell us your group's preferences and special requirements, such as dietary or medical needs, any particular wishes regarding exercise, entertainment, or if you are celebrating a special occasion. 

Are internet and satellite TV connections available onboard?

In case you really need to get some work done during your vacation, no worries. On most yachts, there is mobile broadband internet and satellite TV, so you will stay connected to the rest of the world. Just keep in mind that the service can be limited in some areas (you are in the middle of the sea after all). If you anticipate regular usage of the internet, let us know prior to embarking, as upgrades might be subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Is smoking allowed onboard?

Smoking is permitted only on the outside decks, and on some yachts, only in dedicated outdoor areas. Please consult our charter brokers for more information. For safety reasons, smoking indoors is strictly prohibited on all yachts.

Are tips for the crew mandatory?

Even though tips are not mandatory, the guests normally extend a gratuity to the devoted crew. The amount depends on the guest's satisfaction, but it is approximately 10% of the charter fee. The tips are equally distributed among all crew members by the captain.

Should I get any insurance?

In case of unforeseen circumstances that might prevent the charter, we highly recommend taking out the Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance to protect the investment. Besides that, the guests should be covered by Personal Accident and Medical Insurance, and their belongings are insured against theft, loss, or damage. Charterers’ Liability insurance is also highly recommended. Contact your broker for further assistance and additional advice regarding the insurance.

How are the charter rates calculated?

Charter rates are estimated weekly. If a charter exceeds seven days, they are calculated pro-rata against the weekly rate divided by seven and multiplied by the number of charter days. Keep in mind that some yachts are only chartered on a weekly (Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday) basis, especially during the high season.

High and low season rates vary depending on charter locations and types of yachts. The high rates apply to the most popular charter periods (July/August and Christmas/New Year), and to all major events. Low season rates apply to all other periods.

The charter rates on our website are up to date but may be subject to change. 

What are the charter terms?

Most charter rates are based on MYBA Terms, which entail that the yacht is in full commission, with all necessary equipment, properly insured for marine risks, and managed by a crew, whose wages, food, and clothing are the owner’s expense.

All other operating expenses are charged to the charterer and include (but are not limited to): fuel and lubricating oils for the yacht and her tenders; local taxes; pilotage; port, harbor, and marina dues; customs clearance; water and power; personal laundry; all provisions, wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and consumables for the charterer’s group; shoreside excursions, telecommunication, and internet costs.

Please note that, occasionally, a yacht may offer an alteration on the terms described above. For further information about specific yachts, consult your broker.

Do any other taxes apply?

For charters in European waters, Value Added Tax and delivery costs may be charged on the gross Charter Fee, due to the European Union tax legislation. In other countries, local taxes may also apply. Depending on your chosen charter destination, our brokers will provide any prevalent rates.

Zephyria ii.

We always recommend ZEPHYRIA II highly and with great confidence. The gulet is really well maintained and beautiful. The crew is just wonderful. They are welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and they really look after the guests well.

Zephyria II accommodates up to 12 guests in six cabins. There are two Master Cabins (1 Queen and 1 King size bed in each), a further two double cabins as well as two twin cabins. On request the twin cabins can be converted into doubles. Each cabin has its own en suite bathroom. Zephyria II is classically elegant in its design. Traditional wood creates a cosy, homely feel for all guests to enjoy.

The outside space is expansive. Ideal for larger groups of family and friends to spread out and soak up the Turkish sun and vistas.

Main features

Weekly Charter Rate: High Season (July & August) : €31,500 + food option + APA Mid Season (June & September) : €28,000 + food option + APA Low Season (April, May, October, November): €24,500 + food option + APA

Rate includes: Accommodation on board,fuel for up to 4 hours cruising per day, cruising permits, insurance, cleaning, Turkish commercial harbor expenses and Turkish VAT.

Food Options: - Full Board (breakfast + lunch+ dinner): €525 - Half Board (breakfast + lunch OR dinner): €420 Child Discount: 0-6 year olds are free of charge. 7 -12 year olds receive 50% discount.

Additional Extras: - Private mooring fees are an extra cost. It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in the port each night. The yacht can also anchor in many of the safe anchorages in the area. - Fuel for motor-operated equipment - All land tours if requested - All expenses related to visiting the Greek Islands - Transfer from/to the airport/hotel can be organised on request. - Crew Gratuity

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): APA is an estimate (usually 20%-35% of the charter rate) paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter (food, drinks, fuel, mooring fees, and anything else that guests might need while on charter). Final accounts will be produced by the Captain at the end of the charter and any unused funds will be refunded in full to the Charterer directly. If the funds are not sufficient, the Captain will advise the Charterer accordingly and bills will be settled upon disembarkation.

Crew Gratuity: Although discretionary, a crew gratuity of 10-15% of the charter fee is customary.

CYBA/MYBA terms will apply.

Payment conditions: 50% of the charter rate within 7 days of signing the charter agreement, remaining 50% plus VAT plus APA, at least 5 weeks before the beginning of the charter.

Captain: Hakan Dizdar Hakan is a 64 year old experienced captain. He has been working on the seas since 1984. Between 1984-1988 he worked as a seamen and from 1988 onwards he worked as a captain. He has sailed around all the Greek Islands, Croatian coast and Turkey. He has good command of English. He will be giving you daily advise about the cruise programme, as well as consulting you with on-land activities at places you visit.

Chef: Cüneyt Akdeniz Cüneyt is 51 years old. He has over 20 years of experience being a chef on Gulets. Through his early years in the business, he has worked at different restaurants, hotels and yachts among the Aegean. His specialty is Traditional Turkish cuisine, Mediterranean Cuisine, Aegean Cuisine. The secret of his magical hands rely on his enthusiasm and passion for his job.

First Mate: Mesut Özkan: is 48 years old and has three children. With more than 25 years of experience as an abled sailor on our gulets, Mesut takes good care of all the needs of our guests 24/7. His main duty is to oversee all the details of service and manage the daily routine onboard and water sports. His personal skills as a team leader allows the daily workflow to run smoothly on board.

Seaman: Serkan Toz He is 21 years old and has started his career in the Yacht Charter industry in 2021 as a deck boy. He is a high school graduate and with a branch of Hospitality and Travel. His enthusiasm in the sea has brought him to working on a charter yacht since 2021. His main duty is to support the indoors and outdoors operations on your gulet. Nevertheless, as an active team member you will see him everywhere on board.

Seaman: Bugra Maliki He is 39 years old and will work as a crew and service staff to help the crew and the guests with daily activities on the boat. He has good command of English. He has worked on sailing yachts and in the winter time he is a teacher at a local school, training his students on Nautical lectures.

Deck Boy: Dogukan Aytar He is 18 years old and will work as a trainee to help the crew and the guests with daily activities on the boat.

Description

The super luxury Gulet Zephyria 2 is 34.85 meters long with 6 cabins, all equipped with shower, toilet and air conditioning. The yacht can accommodate a total of 12 people. In addition, all cabins are equipped with the latest gadgets such as their own music and DVD installation.

This beautiful gulet was built in 2007 and completely renovated in 2015. The interior of the fantastic yacht is particularly elegant and tasteful and you will lack absolutely nothing at all.

There are plenty of seating and berths on the fore and aft deck where you can relax and sunbathe while your meals are prepared in a fully equipped separate kitchen.

The 4-person crew is fully committed to you and you will notice it 🙂

The rates include: crew wages, fuel for up to 4 hours cruising per day, water, cruising permits, crew & yacht insurance, ships laundry, cleaning, Turkish commercial harbor expenses and Turkish VAT. The rates do not include: - Food and Beverages - Airport transfers – these can be arranged at an additional cost - Port & harbor fees for Greek island destinations, customs formalities in Greece and Turkey - Fuel for on board toys - Private marina fees in Turkey and Greece - Land excursions – a variety of special interest tours can be arranged at an additional cost - Crew Gratuities Dining Options (minimum requirements vary for each boat) Including VAT: - The full board option: without alcoholic beverages is € 75 per person per day. It includes three meals per day based upon guest preferences, snacks, soft drinks, fruit juices, bottled water, tea and coffee. . - The half board option: without alcoholic beverages is € 60 per person per day. Description

Zephyria II is 32m long gulet with epoxy laminated mahogany hull. This appealing gulet designed for Turkey cruise is based in Bodrum and available for charter in Turkey and Greece. There are 6 cabins for guests in total. Two of them are master, two are double and two are twin. Upon the request twin cabins can be converted to double bed cabins. All cabins are en suite and crew has separate 2 cabins. List of the equipment is quite long – TV in each cabin, water maker, ice maker, coffee machine, SAT TV, CD and DVD player in salon, iPod connection and WiFi access. Exterior of gulet Zephyria II is impressive – superbly varnished wood combined with crystal clean white sails give her such elegant look and make her step out among the other yachts. There is also lot of space both on the bow and the aft offering clients areas for sunbath, relaxation and dining. Water sports equipment comprises water ski, wakeboard, banana and ringo. Fuel for water toys is charged extra. Windsurf can be provided upon request and there are also 2 canoes and snorkeling gear. Crew consisting of 5 to 6 members makes sure everything goes in order to provide the best service and satisfaction.
