How do I troubleshoot my radio?
Check if your vehicle has a signal connection - this can be done by tuning to Preview Channel 184 to confirm if you can hear audio. If you can hear audio, this establishes your radio has a connection to our satellite(s).
If you are able to hear audio on the Preview Channel, we can send a signal request to your radio. You can request the signal here .
If you do not hear audio on the Preview Channel, you will need to contact your dealership directly for additional support.

Refreshing your radio is like restarting your phone- if you're missing channels or having trouble with your signal, a refresh should fix it. Here's how to get your Radio ID (ESN) and send the refresh/activation signal to your radio.

Call Sirius XM tech support 855-260-5969 and give them your radio make and model number. They will be able to tell you your radios capabilities. That is why I got a refurbished OnyX Plus radio for the ability to play Yacht Rock channel 311. I originally had an OnyX EZ radio that did not have channel 311 capability.

Dallas, TX. I've noticed the factory radio in my truck won't pull up all of the Sirius channels. The highest number channel it will pull up is 219. It kind of ****** me off that I'm effectively paying for channels that I'm not getting. Also, in my opinion the only channel worth listening to on Sirius is Yacht Rock Radio which is channel 311.
