Crew Quarters - The Crew Quarters are located forward accessed by a stairway from the galley. It includes two single berths at the bow, just aft and to port is a complete head with walk in shower. The captains full size bed is further aft to port and to starboard is the laundry along with additional refrigeration and freezer capacity

A General Description of Motor Yacht LADY HELEN

This motor yacht LADY HELEN is a 31 m 101 (foot) well proportioned aluminium ship which was fashioned by Broward Yachts and conceived in the office of Broward. Accommodating 6 guests and 4 crew, motor yacht LADY HELEN used to be 192 My Way Again; Lady Etsuko. The naval architecture office who actualised her plans and general arrangement in respect of this ship is Broward.

The Shipyard Work & Design for Luxury Yacht LADY HELEN

Broward Inhouse Yacht Design Team was the naval architecture company involved in the formal vessel plans for LADY HELEN. Broward is also associated with the yacht general design work for this boat. the United States is the country that Broward Yachts constructed their new build motor yacht in. After official launch in 1984 in Fort Lauderdale Fl she was then handed over to the yacht owner after sea trials. Her main hull was crafted from aluminium. The motor yacht main superstructure is fabricated for the most part using aluminium. With a width of 6.55 m or 21.5 feet LADY HELEN has moderate size. A shallow draught of 1.68m (5.5ft) selects the list of marinas she can visit, depending on their minimum depth at low tide. She had refit improvement and changes undertaken by 1999.

Fitted with twin GM diesel engines, LADY HELEN is able to reach a high speed of 16 knots. She is driven by twin screw propellers. Her total HP is 1800 HP and her total Kilowatts are 1325. For stabalisers she was supplied with Naiad.

With her four stateroom layout, Lady Helen can accommodate eight guest with 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, and 4 twin beds.

Master Stateroom - The Master stateroom is accessed from a stairway mid salon to starboard. It is a spacious, full beam stateroom featuring a king size bed. Large cedar lined closets are located on both sides of the bed as well as night stands. The port side of the stateroom offers ample chest of drawers along with a make up vanity. Full ensuite bath featuring a spacious shower with glass enclosure.
Guest Staterooms (2) - Forward of the Master Stateroom are Port and Starboard guest staterooms with twin beds. Both staterooms feature a chest of drawers, cedar lined closets and ensuite bath with glass enclosed showers.
VIP Stateroom - The VIP stateroom is accessed through a private entrance below the aft deck. This is a large stateroom complete with walk in shower, private head and sink.
Crew Quarters - The Crew Quarters are located forward accessed by a stairway from the galley. It includes two single berths at the bow, just aft and to port is a complete head with walk in shower. The captains full size bed is further aft to port and to starboard is the laundry along with additional refrigeration and freezer capacity

Raised Pilothouse/Electronics

The raised pilothouse is located just aft of the galley and can be accessed from port or starboard. There is a raised bench just aft of the helm providing good visibility.

Lady Helen, a splendid Hylas 46 designed by German Frers, was built for blue-water cruising and is suitably equipped for a luxurious experience while crossing oceans. She's been well maintained and is fully outfitted for long-distance passage-making.

The Hylas 46 design has a generous beam carried well aft, providing excellent stability and more interior volume than yachts of similar length. The design incorporates many safety features including true waterproof bulkheads fore and aft as well as a Twaron (a Kevlar-like material) reinforced hull.

Visually stunning, Lady Helen has received a steady stream of compliments for her superb good looks. Below decks you will find a beautifully appointed teak interior with a high-gloss finish.
