Offering panoramic views throughout, her four large cabins accommodate up to 6 guests overnight in pure luxury.   The full beam Owners Suite is one you would expect to find on a 40m plus vessel and is entered through a handmade teak feature door and includes a spacious ensuite with a massage jet shower and full bathtub.

Your guests are equally accommodated in queen & double beds with generously appointed ensuite bathrooms and flat screen TV’s throughout.   Her well-appointed galley located up is an added feature to the main saloon with a further utility room and laundry on the lower deck.

• Should the Hirer choose to cancel the charter, the Owner will consider transferring the charter to a date suitable to both parties, provided that at least 48 hours’ notice has been given prior to the due date for payment of the Charter Fee.
• Should the Hirer not wish to utilise any alternate dates offered, the following will apply: a. If the Hirer has cancelled the Charter more than 45 days prior to the commencement date of the Charter, the deposit will be returned less 20% of the Charter Fee (20% non-refundable deposit). b. If the Hirer has cancelled the Charter less than 45 days prior to the commencement date of the Charter and elects not to utilise any alternate dates offered, the 50% deposit will be forfeited.
• Should the Hirer cancel the Charter 14 days or less, prior to the commencement date of the Charter, 100% of the Charter Fee will be payable.
• In the event of the cancellation of the Charter due to an event beyond the control of the Owner, alternate dates suitable to both parties will be offered. The Owner will have no liability in relation to the cancellation and if alternate dates cannot be agreed, the Hirer will be entitled to a refund of any deposit or Charter Fee paid.

After a reconciliation of expenses, should the APA not be sufficient to cover all costs, an invoice with additional charges will be sent to the guest.

Conversely, if guests have not spent all of their APA, they will receive a refund with the difference.
