Previously named GIVI, she was built and delivered in 2006 by CRN yachts and refit for improvements in 2008.

CONSTANCE is a one-of-a-kind ‘family-friendly’ superyacht that is renowned for its outstanding cruising performance and range.

She is the 14th largest yacht ever built by the Italian shipyard and she is in the top 5% by LOA (Length overall) in the world.

CONSTANCE currently sails under the Marshall Island flag which is one of the top ten flags flown by superyachts. 

CONSTANCE Yacht Interior

The CONSTANCE yacht interior design was penned by Zuccon International Project with muted and warm colors found all throughout the interior of the vessel.

These colors optimally created a cozy yet elegant setting that reflects the stylish Italian design. 

CONSTANCE has the capacity to comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across six comfortable suites as well as 20 crew to cater to guests’ needs.

She has breathtaking panoramic ocean views surrounding her vast sun deck, as well as a spacious jacuzzi, helipad, air-conditioning, and WIFI.

The family-friendly yacht also comes equipped with multiple water sports toys for children to enjoy.

CONSTANCE Yacht Exterior

The CONSTANCE yacht features exterior design by Zuccon International Project and naval architecture by CRN. 

The superyacht has a steel hull and aluminum superstructure with an inviting white exterior that perfectly matches the yacht’s teak decks.

Just as is the case with any CRN yacht, CONSTANCE is acknowledged for her innovative engineering performance.  

CONSTANCE Yacht Specifications

The CONSTANCE yacht measures 60 meters in length and has a beam of 11.2m. Her draft is an impressive 3.2 meters and her volume is 1,259 GT.

She is powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines (2,228HP) allowing her to cruise at speeds of 15 knots while reaching a max speed of 16.5 knots.

CONSTANCE has a range of 6,000 nautical miles and is capable of carrying 180,000 liters of fuel and can store up to 35,000 liters of water. 

This trip won her the Voyager’s Award for the amazing itinerary at the World Superyacht Awards in 2018.

During this trip, her first destination was Cuba, where she was moored for a month before heading to Panama, Coco Islands, and Galapagos. 

After this, she moved on to French Polynesia, Cook Island and Tonga, and Fiji. 

Although the yacht has not been listed for sale for quite some time, her approximate value is $50 million while an annual running cost of between 2 – 5 million.

60m/197ft superyacht CONSTANCE (ex.GIVI) from CRN was built in 2006 and refitted in 2008, with interior and exterior styling from Zuccon International Project. Her accommodation sleeps up to 12 guests across six beautifully appointed cabins and at the World Superyacht Awards 2018, she won the Voyager's Award for an exceptional itinerary.

The lower deck aft has a sheltered outdoor area where guests can sit in the shade or access the tenders and toys. Above, the main deck aft provides a larger outdoor area for guests to unwind along the stern, sheltered from the sun.

The upper deck is fitted with an alfresco dining table and in the aft corners are two circular sofas with drinks tables for close conversation while taking in the views. On the upper deck forward guests have three deep sofas to choose from for lounging and sunbathing.

The sundeck provides the best views on board and guests are treated to sun loungers to the aft, and the area can also be used as a helipad. A casual lounge is placed centre and an alfresco dining table under the overhang. The sundeck forward is fitted with a large circular Jacuzzi encompassed in sun pads for the ultimate outdoor relaxation area, day or night.

The interiors are styled by Zuccon International Project and use a warm and timeless colour scheme using deep wooden panelling to complement her cream-coloured furnishings.

The accommodation sleeps up to 12 guests over 6 large en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite and five further guest cabins. The crew of 17 will ensure that everyone on board has a fantastic cruising experience.

CRN wins the prestigious World Superyacht Awards 2018 with M/Y Constance 60m, receiving the Voyager’s Award for the most spectacular cruising itinerary created in 2017. Organized by the editorial group Boat International Media in the elegant Palazzo Vecchio in Florence, the event celebrates the excellence of the nautical world, involving owners and personalities of international yachting. This important acknowledgement once again pays tributes to CRN’s long-standing experience in the construction of state-of-the-art megayachts, characterized by innovative design and engineering solutions that make cruising a truly unforgettable and unparalleled experience. In early 2017, Constance’s Owner and his family cruised over 20,000 miles during a long and exciting cruise in the Caribbean Sea and the South Pacific. After sailing off Florida, Constance reached the Bahamas and Cuba, then continued towards the Cayman Islands, crossed the Panama Canal and finally reached Costa Rica. After cruising the pristine natural paradises of the Coco Islands and the Galapagos, the yacht headed towards French Polynesia, Cook Island and Tonga, Fiji, and then started its way back to Florida. Born from the successful collaboration between CRN and design firm Zuccon International Project, M/Y Constance 60m is a megayacht designed and conceived to maximize the pleasure of sailing and the constant contact with the sea, even during long-range cruising. M/Y Constance has proven to be capable of outstanding cruising performance, boasting a range exceeding 10,000 miles at 11 knots, which allows it to easily cross the ocean and return.

Cruising the Moskva River: A short guide to boat trips in Russia’s capital

There’s hardly a better way to absorb Moscow’s atmosphere than on a ship sailing up and down the Moskva River. While complicated ticketing, loud music and chilling winds might dampen the anticipated fun, this checklist will help you to enjoy the scenic views and not fall into common tourist traps.

How to find the right boat?

There are plenty of boats and selecting the right one might be challenging. The size of the boat should be your main criteria.

Plenty of small boats cruise the Moskva River, and the most vivid one is this yellow Lay’s-branded boat. Everyone who has ever visited Moscow probably has seen it.

This option might leave a passenger disembarking partially deaf as the merciless Russian pop music blasts onboard. A free spirit, however, will find partying on such a vessel to be an unforgettable and authentic experience that’s almost a metaphor for life in modern Russia: too loud, and sometimes too welcoming. Tickets start at $13 (800 rubles) per person.

Bigger boats offer smoother sailing and tend to attract foreign visitors because of their distinct Soviet aura. Indeed, many of the older vessels must have seen better days. They are still afloat, however, and getting aboard is a unique ‘cultural’ experience. Sometimes the crew might offer lunch or dinner to passengers, but this option must be purchased with the ticket. Here is one such  option  offering dinner for $24 (1,490 rubles).

If you want to travel in style, consider Flotilla Radisson. These large, modern vessels are quite posh, with a cozy restaurant and an attentive crew at your service. Even though the selection of wines and food is modest, these vessels are still much better than other boats.

Surprisingly, the luxurious boats are priced rather modestly, and a single ticket goes for $17-$32 (1,100-2,000 rubles); also expect a reasonable restaurant bill on top.

How to buy tickets?

Women holding photos of ships promise huge discounts to “the young and beautiful,” and give personal invitations for river tours. They sound and look nice, but there’s a small catch: their ticket prices are usually more than those purchased online.

“We bought tickets from street hawkers for 900 rubles each, only to later discover that the other passengers bought their tickets twice as cheap!”  wrote  (in Russian) a disappointed Rostislav on a travel company website.

Nevertheless, buying from street hawkers has one considerable advantage: they personally escort you to the vessel so that you don’t waste time looking for the boat on your own.

Prices start at $13 (800 rubles) for one ride, and for an additional $6.5 (400 rubles) you can purchase an unlimited number of tours on the same boat on any given day.

Flotilla Radisson has official ticket offices at Gorky Park and Hotel Ukraine, but they’re often sold out.

Buying online is an option that might save some cash. Websites such as  this   offer considerable discounts for tickets sold online. On a busy Friday night an online purchase might be the only chance to get a ticket on a Flotilla Radisson boat.

This  website  (in Russian) offers multiple options for short river cruises in and around the city center, including offbeat options such as ‘disco cruises’ and ‘children cruises.’ This other  website  sells tickets online, but doesn’t have an English version. The interface is intuitive, however.

Buying tickets online has its bad points, however. The most common is confusing which pier you should go to and missing your river tour.

“I once bought tickets online to save with the discount that the website offered,” said Igor Shvarkin from Moscow. “The pier was initially marked as ‘Park Kultury,’ but when I arrived it wasn’t easy to find my boat because there were too many there. My guests had to walk a considerable distance before I finally found the vessel that accepted my tickets purchased online,” said the man.

There are two main boarding piers in the city center:  Hotel Ukraine  and  Park Kultury . Always take note of your particular berth when buying tickets online.

Where to sit onboard?

Even on a warm day, the headwind might be chilly for passengers on deck. Make sure you have warm clothes, or that the crew has blankets ready upon request.

The glass-encased hold makes the tour much more comfortable, but not at the expense of having an enjoyable experience.

Getting off the boat requires preparation as well. Ideally, you should be able to disembark on any pier along the way. In reality, passengers never know where the boat’s captain will make the next stop. Street hawkers often tell passengers in advance where they’ll be able to disembark. If you buy tickets online then you’ll have to research it yourself.

There’s a chance that the captain won’t make any stops at all and will take you back to where the tour began, which is the case with Flotilla Radisson. The safest option is to automatically expect that you’ll return to the pier where you started.

The award winning 60m/196'10" motor yacht 'Constance' (ex. Givi) was built by CRN in Italy at their Ancona shipyard. Her interior is styled by Italian designer design house Zuccon and she was completed in 2006. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Zuccon and she was last refitted in 2008.

Constance has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 20 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance

Constance is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks. Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3516B) 2,228hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 15 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 16 knots with a range of up to 6,910 nautical miles from her 180,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. Her water tanks store around 35,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules, and is MCA Compliant.

CRN signs contract for 67m Project 146

Moran Yacht & Ship has announced the sale of CRN 's 67-metre superyacht, known as Project 146 . The 1450GT motor yacht is expected to be delivered in summer 2027.

Exterior and interior design are the work of   Nuvolari Lenard , while naval architecture was developed by Ferretti Engineering Department . Accommodation will be for 16 guests across seven cabins. 

In addition to several outdoor entertainment spaces, onboard highlights include a touch-and-go helipad, spacious beach club and large toy store with a dedicated dive centre. Further details remain confidential at this time.

Moran Yacht & Ship New Construction Team negotiated the build contract, wrote the technical specifications and will supervise the entire build.

This follows the delivery of N Joy , formerly known as CRN M/Y 139.
