Its location and facilities made it the favourite place for couples to celebrate their weddings. Either if you want to celebrate your wedding day with a limited number of guests, or for a grand wedding for sure, you will find a suitable place.
Many rooms will suit your requests: ● Roland Smith Ballroom can host up to 600 guests for cocktails, 250 guests for a banquet, and 200 guests for a banquet with a dance floor. ● Athol Hobbs can host up to 150 guests for cocktails, 65 guests for a banquet, and 45 guests with a dance floor. ● Aubrey Sherwood Room can host up to 14 guests for a banquet. ● Ward Room can host up to 40 guests for cocktails, 25 guests for a banquet.
● A wedding coordinator ready to assist with menu selection, tables and room decorations, music, MC requirements and also will help to set your guest seating arrangements. ● Both indoor and outdoor wedding venues. ● Pre-dinner drinks and canapes ● Music restriction at 12:00 AM ● Wedding packages were designed perfectly to suit your budget.

Here at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club, we are proud of our yachting heritage and the success of our sailors at Club, State, National and International level. We are equally as proud of the hundreds of young sailors who pass through our training programmes each year and of the sailors who take part in a regatta for the first time.
We’re also proud of our work with school and the community, making sailing and boating experiences available to those who would otherwise find the participation hurdle just too high.
Members of this Club come from all walks of life, united by a passion for being afloat and enjoying friendships that, in many cases, endure for a lifetime. At midday on Monday 23 March Commodore Gary McNally rang the bell at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club to signal the beginning of a new watch, due to COVID-19 restrictions. The Club was officially closed and all regular activities were ceased for the members and their guests.
